Die Aufmerksamkeit des ganzen Teams auf die Details war bemerkenswert und machte mich wirklich wertvoll, während meines Aufenthalts. BESPOKE STAYCATION: Es ist unvergesslich, wie Sir Rob, der Front Office Supervisor, einen personalisierten Ansatz und wirklich Begeisterung, mich bei allen Anfragen oder besonderen Anfragen zu unterstützen, wirklich lobenswert war. Auch Frau Nicole ging oben und über die Pflicht hinweg und achtte meine Anfragen und Anfragen rechtzeitig an. JAPANISCHE KUCH: Ich liebe japanische Küche das Restaurant neben dem Hotelgebäude serviert meine Lieblingsgerichte - die Reisrollen und Sashimi. Es war eine kulinarische Reise, die ich nicht erwartet hatte, aber ich liebte die ganze Zeit. Ich habe mit voller Tummy und einem glücklichen Herzen verlassen. Sie sind mein neues japanisches Restaurant gehen in Tarlac - IZAKAYA COWAN! Es ist schwer, sich beim Microtel von Wyndham Tarlac nach fast 24 Stunden bei ihnen zu verabschieden. Sie haben mich wie Teil ihrer Familie gefühlt. Es war warm und willkommen. Ich möchte vor allem zurück sein!

It wasn’t easy when we started looking for our wedding reception around the Philippines as there are so many options to choose from. We got engaged last year in Clark Marriott Hotel, so it has a special place in our hearts, so me and my fiancee finally decided to do our wedding here. We were so happy that we have chosen Clark Marriott Hotel, we had the best and excellent customer service experienced ever specially with the help of Mr Jonas Carlo and Ms Laila, without them it wouldn’t be possible to have our dream wedding come true. They guided us and walk throughout until the end, from our presidential suite, food tasting, securities, and other amazing perks, everything went well and smoothly, no stress, whatever we asked they will make it work as much as possible. It was so easy to communicate with them even our wedding coordinator was also amazed how the chefs, managements and other hotel staff members were so professional, friendly and very accomodating. A year of preparation but it was definitely worth it, every moment we spent in Clark Marriott exceeded our expectations. The best part was every one of us enjoyed, and all our guests got positive feedbacks. We highly recommend Clark Marriott Hotel to celebrate your wedding, definitely more than 5 star for us. Alles besonders Gee, einer der Mitarbeiter, die uns hier in Royce unterstützt und geleitet hat. Sie arbeitet 10:00 - 6:00 Uhr und ich kann ihr sagen, sie hat ein goldenes Herz und sehr willkommen zu allen Gästen, die sie treffen. Ich empfehle ihr sehr, bevorzugt zu werden, weil sie eine sehr hart arbeiten, freundlich und sehr geführt ist.Ein großer Schrei an Frau Gee. Danke Royce Hotel für unser Aufenthalt sicher zu machen. We are truly blessed that we discovered the best kept secret in Luzon, Philippines and it is in Clark City, Pampanga! The park inn by Radisson secret for us to come back the 2nd time around is their excellently trained hotel staff! Almost all of their employees from guards to chambermaids are very respectful and mindful of each guests needs. The front office are always cheerful and efficient. The restaurant workers are attentive and quick. The porter and van driver are extremely helpful and thoughtful. When you visit this hotel ask for these these personnel: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, and James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy and Jessie; Room Cleaning = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Bags = John Not only did these staff gave their best at their assigned tasks but they also multi-tasked. My husband and I observed their performances for a week because we also owned our lodging facility in Virginia, USA. What touched us also, when we checked out at the crack of dawn, a sandwich with fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee were waiting for us to go with our trip to the airport. Now that is a superb customer service! Finally, I want to mention the array of food served each day is well thought-out and very appealing. Kudos to the chef - it's getting better each time! The bedroom is so comfy that my husband wants to stay inside all day! For those checking in, make sure to request to clear the deposit charged amount to your credit card as soon as you check out. My family and I will definitely plan on making this lodging facility our home while visiting our relatives in Luzon area. Keep up the excellent and professional training Radisson!!!

Staff had been very warm and responds swiftly. This is tru the moment we landed on the driveway. Check in was fast; room was clean and food was good. We love of course the bar cos it has a pool area and the cocktails are great! Location is one of its aces too and we’ll definitely consider for our next visit. The bell boy took a long time to pick up hut the front desk followed through and apologised.

Das 4*Hotel hat eine Superlage. 2 fussminuten vom Rummel (Walking Street) entfernt, aber total ruhig gelegen. Und eines der leisesten Hotels in AG. Frühheimkehrer in fröhlich lauter Stimmung oder knallende Zimmertüren werden in den Zimmern nicht wahrgenommen. Für einen angenehmen und sicheren Aufenthalt sorgen auch die Security und der freundliche Front Desk Staff. Das Hotel lässt auch für Business Reisende keine Wünsche offen; perfekt konzipierte Zimmer mit guter Intetnetstruktur (Kabel und Wi-Fi, viele Steckdosen etc) Wohlfühlmatratzen, Erholung auf Dachterrasse mit Pool.

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.
