The physical layout of the hotel is beautiful, however this hotel is geared towards weddings and not tourists. The people at the front desk were almost to the point of being rude with the exception of a young woman who was trying to learn English, she was wonderful. We tried to make dinner reservations and were told they were already full. Then the "manager" came over and said, "We do not do room service!" We never asked about room service. When I went down to see if the restaurant was really sold out, I saw approx 20 people eating. When I went back to the desk to ask where there is to eat in the vicinity, we were referred to a 5 star restaurant which is not what we were looking for. Our A/C went out. After 6 hours and 3 trips to the reception desk, someone finally came to out room to fix it.

Very disappointed. Booked 4 nights after checking on line that everything was still open. We arrived by train and everything looked okay. The first room we were taken to would not unlock after several minutes and feeling rather nervous we were given another room. We then headed to the pool as the weather was nice the pool water fountains weren't working and it did not look very well maintained but we ventured in. Pool bar was closed as was the hotel bar. We then discovered that the restaurant was also closed. Nowhere on the hotels website did it give this information, we had no transport so did the 30 minute walk to the nearest restaurant. Next day after been woken early by yapping dog the weather wasn't good, looked at the indoor pool but again not fully working or maintained and not heated. I complained to reception about the lack of facilities available if we spent time in the hotel, ie no lunch or dinner available and was told they could do some toast at lunch time if I requested it at reception. We took the free bikes out instead and that was the only good thing about this hotel. We had booked 4 nights, something I would not have done if I had known the restaurant was closed. I asked to check out early because of the lack of facilities available to us and was informed it was hotel policy not to refund the un used nights. I understand this in certain circumstances but they did not provide us with the facilities they were advertising. They also advise no pets but that didn't apply to the managers yapping dog that woke us at 7am each morning. We checked out after 2 nights and no they did not refund us for the u used nights. Make sure before you book this hotel everything is open. If not you definitely need a car. I would not recommend this hotel.

Sono stata in questa struttura per trascorrere il mio compleanno fuori casa. Ho sbagliato a non leggere le recensioni prima di prenotare! Purtroppo quello che leggo è quello che ho riscontrato anche nella mia esperienza. Il personale di sala è cortese e premuroso, anche se si avverte che lavorano con il fiato sul collo e purtroppo i proprietari della struttura sono molto scorbutici ed a mio avviso fanno scappare via i clienti, com' è successo a me ed alla mia famiglia! Bella struttura, anche gli spazi esterni sono belli ma a mio malgrado poco o niente curati, colazione scarna e per il costo della cena, come ha scritto un altro cliente, non è vario. Condizionatore in camera che anche se metti la modalità OFF, dopo pochi minuti si riaccendere in automatico, l'ho riferito in reception ma loro purtroppo non possono fare niente perché le camere occupate hanno un sistema che parte in automatico e tutta la notte è sempre accesa e con un bambino di due anni... Non è proprio consigliato. Comunque cosa dire, ho passato un compleanno diverso. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Hotel che di grande ha solo il nome e le dimensioni della struttura, gestita in modo micragnoso. Le due stelle sono una per la gentilezza del personale tutto, tranne una signora addetta alla reception che per fortuna si è palesata una sola volta dispensando pillole di conoscenza generale stupefacenti, e l'altra per le dimensioni e la pulizia della struttura comunque vecchia e da ristrutturare. Camera di buone dimensioni con mobili vecchi ma funzionali, idem per il bagno. Reception e aree comuni senza aria condizionata, piscina interna non utilizzabile senza alcuna ragione comprensibile, piscina esterna grande con spazi di verde ben tenuti ma con bordo di mattonelle in alcuni tratti rotte o sconnesse e senza alcun controllo, bar piscina praticamente inesistente. Colazione molto basica senza alcuna offerta di prodotti locali freschi, tipo mozzarelline o ricottine, e con pochissima frutta fresca, ma la cosa più ridicola sono le uova ottenibili solo a pagamento, di cifre peraltro ridicole dai 2 ai 5 euro. E si fregiano di 4 stelle!!! Il giorno della partenza, dopo due di permanenza, hanno preteso il pagamento di 10 euro a persona per poter restare fino alle 13,00 in piscina, praticamente la stessa tariffa, che applicano ai clienti esterni, perchè sì la piscina è aperta a chiunque versi l'obolo dei 10 euro a persona!!!Francamente credo di aver girato molto e visto centinaia di alberghi 4 stelle ma nessuno con questi limiti di servizio. Assolutamente sconsigliabile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana nel mese di agosto: Per quanto riguarda le 4 stelle sono sicuramente da rivedere, gli spazi sono ampi ma si nota subito che c'è bisogno di manutenzione; troppe cose trascurate ad esempio la piscina con delle brocche da cui fuoriesce acqua sono rotte cosa ci vuole a sistemarle? Un posto del genere necessita di più personale e di innovazione, per non parlare della colazione nulla di tipico visto il territorio mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di meglio. La sala dove si cena, un luogo angusto senza finestre con una TV che ci vuole il binocolo per vederla. Meno male che il personale è gentile specialmente i camerieri che purtroppo soffrono di scelte non mirate a attirare clienti ma ad allontanarli. Consiglio: assumete e spendete soldi per la manutenzione come risistemare il cancello caduto nell'entrata del parcheggio, e riparare le ruote del carrello portabagagli, ma soprattutto innovate se volete mantenere le 4 stelle.
