Wir bleiben oft in HIE-Eigenschaften, da sie normalerweise sauber, komfortabel, erschwinglich und in bequemen Orten sind. Sie haben nicht eine Tonne Frills... Schlaf, schlagen den Pool oder Fitnesscenter, und wir gehen. Im Juli 23, 2022 für eine Nacht mit meiner Frau und 15-jähriger Tochter geblieben. 10 Minuten Fahrt von einem Softball-Turnier mit bequem Zugang zu I-94 so ist die Lage gut. Eincheckung war gut. Schnell und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist im Wesentlichen die gleiche an allen HIE-Sitzplätze mit geringfügigen Änderungen je nach Tag der Woche. Ich habe Zimmer 315, das ist eine King Suite. Sofabett, mini-Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und ein „Küche“-Sänke im Zimmer. Schauen Sie sich die Fotos für die große rote Farbe neben dem Sofa. Nicht sicher, es war Wein, Pizza oder Blut. Hotel wurde verkauft, so dass ich nicht störte, um zu bewegen. Wach auf Anya überall im „Küche“ Bereich. Fotos zeigen eine große Gruppe auf dem Deckel...Alle schwarzen Dots sind kleine schwarze Tränen. Rufte wieder und brachten eine einzige Schranke. Der Dusch war sehr schwer, den Mittelboden zwischen Eis und Feuer zu finden. Set Raum auf 70 Grad und die Einheit lief die ganze Nacht, um aufzuhalten. Nur 75 draußen, so ist es nicht so, als ob wir in einer Wärmewelle waren, wo die Luft Probleme hätte haben sollen. Wie gesagt, verwenden wir HIE oft. So oft bin ich ein Platinum-Elite-Mitglied. Ich würde nicht mehr hier bleiben und würde eine andere Lage wählen. Es gibt viel in der Gegend zusammen mit anderen Hotelmarken.

Ich war eine Geschäftsreise und es ist eine der gehen zu Hotels, weil es einen Pool hat, der zu einer angemessenen Temperatur erwärmt wird. Sehr schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück. Leute sehr freundlich. Front Desk effizient und aufmerksam. Ich finde das Personal sehr angenehmer.

Recently attended a yearly event I go to that has changed its location to this hotel as of 2024. Compared to our previous hotel, I was really impressed. We very much enjoyed the conference spaces and the layout of the hotel. The view is beautiful. There was plenty of space for our event, and all the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, and overall lovely. Aside from the lack of a pool (it really feels like they need one! lol), the hotel itself is great. I didn't feel bothered by noise on the 2nd floor - and our event did sell out the entire hotel. I heard others complain about paper thin walls, so maybe we just got lucky with our neighbors? But we slept great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I saw some reviews here complain about the location of the hotel, and I have to say we were quite pleased with it. I love not being right next to a noisy busy road like so many hotels. And yet still, right across the street you've got several nice little restaurants, and there is shopping nearby and you aren't far from quite a lot of activity in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti. The restaurant onsite that offers dinner is really good. We did apps one night and then dinner the next with them. I had soup, salad, and dessert - the soup and dessert were both phenomenal, and the salad also excellent. I found the prices a little steep....but some of the loveliest tomato soup I've ever had, so this is a minor complaint. All that said, there were a couple of areas that I'm hoping will improve in the future, if our event continues to be held here. What wasn't impressive was the breakfast. Despite that our group had been told we would have the options of a special breakfast menu, the only breakfast offered during our stay was the buffet, and it was not good. The kind of hotel breakfast that should be free, because it mostly isn't worth eating, but it cost $21. The oatmeal was incredibly watery, the eggs were flavorless and definitely the powdered kind. Everything seemed a little stale...and tasteless. And the omelette bar wasn't even being manned when I came down to have breakfast. My fingers are crossed that next year they will be offering an actual breakfast menu, outside of the buffet. With what they can do with dinner, I know they could offer an amazing breakfast! The other thing that struck me about the dining, is that our event group was given a special menu - we had the whole hotel for 3 or 4 nights. The items on it were very similar to the items (some the exact same) on the hotels websites menu for the restaurant, but the prices were all much higher. When this was asked about, our group was told that the menu on the hotels website hasn't been updated to reflect price increases....that as I understood went up last year. But here we are the following month and the prices on the website menu still haven't changed..... So I do still find myself wondering if our group wasn't given a special higher priced menu for bringing a large group...? The o

Aber lassen Sie das nicht stoppen ...das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr schönen sicheren Industriebüro-Typ-Bereich mit einem Streifenlager über die Straße und in der Nähe des Marriott Eagle Crest Resort und Golfplatz.

We had a lovely room in this hotel. It was evident that the housekeeping staff took pride in their work from the beautiful ”swan” towels and tissue flowers in the bathroom and nicely turned out bed. Our breakfast hostess, Minnie, put out a lovely hot breakfast, complete with eggs, sausage, potatoes (second day), oatmeal, as well as a variety of breads, pastries, fruits, juices and other drinks to choose from. We felt pampered!

Natürlich habe ich ”ja” ein Außenpool verfügbar, aber in Wirklichkeit ist ihr Pool völlig aus der Kommission. Mir stört es nicht, und in den kommenden Monaten wird es nichts bedeuten, aber wenn Sie eine Tauchung wollen, können Sie nicht.

Das Hotel ist innerhalb des Flughafens, und es ist sehr bequem, ob es ankommt oder umgekehrt wird, und es ist der Preis. Der Abend war 12:00 Uhr, es gab kein Personal auf der Rezeption, und es wartete einen Moment, bis das Zimmer nahe dem ...... arrangierten Zimmer war zwischen den Geräten. This hotel is a “Fair”field We just stayed. The hotel was good enough but nothing exceptional. The positives: it was easy to park and go in, the room was mostly clean but not totally, breakfast was ok, the staff were kind and helpful. The negatives: the air system was awful, our room was hot and muggy and we could get the air to ever properly ventilate and the windows are screwed shut, there was a pill on the floor which feels troubling in the hotel room, there was hair and dirty smudges on the wall of the shower, the sink drain was slow and I asked for it to be repaired and it wasn’t attended to. Also this hotel is constructed in a way where every door slam, foot fall and sound is audible. Mercifully people were quiet during our stay but we always knew when our upstairs neighbors were up and walking around their room. It’s a cheap hotel, it’s clean enough but you definitely get what you pay for.

Die Sauce-Links waren abominable. Ich sprach mit jemandem, der das Desk, aber natürlich konnten sie nichts über das zu diesem Zeitpunkt tun. Ich spucke es eigentlich aus, weil es so schlecht geschmackte. Die Eier und die Sauce-Patten waren jedoch ziemlich gut.

I had a poor experience at the Sheraton in Novi while staying with a family member to celebrate a belated Christmas as we weren't able to get together around Christmas proper. While I was upgraded to a room on the club lounge floor, the guest room I received was not clean by any definition of clean. There was hair on the desk and desk chair, hair on the toilet, hair under the toilet seat, hair on the wrapped bar of soap and soap dish, stains on the desk, and stains on the face tissue container. The single bathrobe hanging in the closet appeared to have been previously worn and didn't have a cincture. On my reservation I specifically requested only 100% feather pillows. My reservation also requested a bathrobe, slippers, extra pillows and extra towels. I didn't receive any of those things. The four pillows were four polyester down-alternative pillows. Those pillows are horrible. They always feel like someone stuffed cotton balls in a pillowcase. During check-in I noticed a sign at the front desk saying daily housekeeping is not provided, unless specially requested. The major cleanliness issues that I experienced are a direct result of what happens when hotels don't clean rooms and other spaces each and every day. I received zero Marriott Bonvoy elite status recognition. Specifically, I was not offered the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. I complained to the general manager, who to his credit acknowledged the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, fully apologized and took responsibility. To resolve the issue, he offered to comp my stay and ensure that the room was thoroughly cleaned while we were out of the room and off-property at a nearby shopping mall. He also apologized for the lack of Bonvoy recognition and provided the $100 cash compensation that is required by Marriott for not offering guest with platinum or higher Bonvoy status the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. When we returned, the room was properly cleaned. The pillows were replaced with feather pillows, although none of the feather pillows had pillow protectors or pillowcase liners. Two clean bathrobes and two pairs of slippers were placed in the closet. The general manager was also kind enough to leave a bottle of wine in the room. My family member was really appreciative of that gesture. Despite the issues, the staff that I encountered throughout the stay were polite, welcoming and hospitable. That aside, there was zero excuse for the cleanliness issues or the lack of attention to what was specified on the reservation The club lounge was open with an average evening offering that included a selection of assorted cheeses, crackers, grapes, fruit and some basic canapés. Besides free nonalcoholic drinks, an honor bar featured cheap house wine ($5 retail bottles of wine) selling for $5 a glass. The club lounge is a nice smaller space.
