I don't think I ever had such a bad experience at a Marriott hotel. Front desk told me they couldn't find my reservation and even when I showed them the confirmation I got from Expedia they couldn't care less. I called Expedia and their customer service tried to get in touch with the hotel staff. I could hear the phone ringing but the front desk lady would just walk away when it rang. I told her that's Expedia calling to clarify my reservation but she was flat out rude and said that's not the hotel's problem. I asked for a manager, she told me the manager will be there at 6am tomorrow so I can come back then. All of this, while I was at the hotel, late at night, with a hungry and tire toddler. She didn't care and you could tell she hates her job. Half an hour later, the ”absent” manager turned out was actually around. I approached him and, while he was a little more (not much) polite than the front desk lady, he wouldn't want to help and kept on blaming Expedia (he, as well, refused to take call from Expedia escalation manager who was trying to help locating the reservation). It was obvious they have an issue with Expedia, however, they were punishing the customer for that. Eventually Expedia made another reservation with me on the phone and they couldn't claim there is no reservation. The whole check-in experience took 2 hours. Check-out wasn't any more pleasant but there wasn't much there with the exception of the $4.95 fee which they insisted on charging for premium internet, although I tried to explain that, for a Platinum member, premium internet is free.

Bitte halten Sie das schmutzige Haus auf, von der Reinigung meines Zimmers zu verlassen. Sie trägt keine Maschen und Husten 247 und sie stehlt. Spit in die Dusche auch. Fünfte Mal muss ich jede offene Nahrung oder Getränke wegwerfen. Ich war im verlängerten Aufenthalt im Kanton. Ich war in rm 131 für mehr als einen Monat mein Aufenthalt war über fantastisch und der Aufenthalt ist überraschend für mich!! die GM Angela und Front Desk Lady Chris und Maintenanca Mann Brandon ging oben und darüber hinaus, um meinen Aufenthalt erstaunlich ... p.s Brandon hat ein erstaunliches Lächeln!!! Geht ins Zimmer und ging ins Zimmer, riecht wie Rauch, schmutzige Räucher, Puppe in der Toilette und schmutzige Blätter. Geht zum Vordertisch und sagt ihnen, dass wir in ein anderes Zimmer gestellt werden. Das andere Zimmer, die Wände waren absondern, auf dem Badesockel geformt, gebrochenes Bett. Der Pool wurde geschlossen, der Aufzug ist kaputt, ein anderes Familienmitglied musste in einem anderen Zimmer bleiben, weil der Aufzug kaputt war und nicht auf den Treppen klettern konnte. Kein Frühstück, nur ein Paket von heißem Getreide und kaltem Getreide. Die Eismaschine funktioniert nicht, und während sie dort waren, sie malten zwei Sets von Treppen, und da der Aufzug zerbrochen wurde, hatten Probleme, um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Hotel ist abgelegen und nicht sanitär. Das einzige gute Sache war das Personal ist ausgezeichnet! Machen Sie eine große Reparatur im Hotel und halten Sie das große Personal.

Wenn Sie nach einem komfortablen, großen Kundenservice suchen, sauber und sicher Hotel, La Quinta Inn Detroit Canton ist der Ort, wo Sie sein! Ich genieße meinen Aufenthalt immer. Sie haben wunderschönes Personal dort Von Donna und Tabatha bis zum Wartungsguy Dan. Sie waren sehr unterkunftsfähig und machte uns wie Familie fühlen. Das Have Yummy Frühstück und Fast Wifi. Danke für den großen Aufenthalt La Quinta in Canton!!!!
