From the moment we stepped in, we felt a warm welcome. The reception was friendly and smooth. The room was neat, breakfast was sumptuous, just the hotel we need.

Location was ideal, breakfast was great. Common areas and service was great, Ness took the time to recommend attractions and restaurants and was very polite. Rooms were clean and pleasant but would be better if they were bigger

Ww booked 2 rooms 1 nights same category hut assigned different size room. My son got a more spacios room than us. 2nd floor / 4th floor for a family of 3 persons. This is just an average chain hotel, located at the center of Canterbury. Clean, easy, express business chian hotel. Arrival experience is not very good as the reception isn't that friendly, maybe thats typical white people culture at chai hotel. ( Ps; not trying to be racist ) Serve standard buffet breakfast. Room is clean , size is standard. What's more you ask for, if that's only $260 for 2 nights for 1 room include breakfast

The overall stay was quite good, with reasonable price. The breakfast provided were also good!

Room 336 with a view. Bed comfy and huge smart tv. Room very clean and amazing shower. Excellent stay with breakfast included.

Excellent service, the location is situated in the middle of a city. The staff is very friendly.

Had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend the place. I went there with my wife. The stay was comfortable. Staff was pleasant. The hotel itself is located right in the middle of the city centre.

My wife and I were told when we checked into the hotel that the promotional page for the room we had booked was created by AI, which is a clear violation of consumer rights. The hotel had no windows that could be opened which was depressing. The hotel did not provide slippers and laundry bags at the very beginning and when we asked them to provide them we were told that there was only one pair of slippers and one laundry bag in the entire hotel's inventory, which is definitely ridiculous. The whole room's was clean except for the fingerprints on the spoons next to the cups and the spoons were also sticky to touch.There are stains on the floor as well.
