Ich war mit meinem Partner für 2 Nächte hier. Ich kann nur Gutes über The Hampton sagen. Wir wurden früh eingecheckt und mit großartigem Kundenservice. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und mehr als geeignet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung, vielleicht könnte es etwas mehr Abwechslung geben. Die warmen Speisen sind aber mehr als reichlich und keine Beschwerden von uns. Das Hotel ist makellos sauber und perfekt gelegen. Nah genug für alles, was Sie brauchen, und ruhig genug am Abend mit ein paar Bars und Pubs, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten oder jedem empfehlen, dass sich ein Aufenthalt hier lohnt. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer schönen Stadt.

My wife and I were told when we checked into the hotel that the promotional page for the room we had booked was created by AI, which is a clear violation of consumer rights. The hotel had no windows that could be opened which was depressing. The hotel did not provide slippers and laundry bags at the very beginning and when we asked them to provide them we were told that there was only one pair of slippers and one laundry bag in the entire hotel's inventory, which is definitely ridiculous. The whole room's was clean except for the fingerprints on the spoons next to the cups and the spoons were also sticky to touch.There are stains on the floor as well.

Very good location. We stayed during the Christmas. Staff are very kind, communal area are spacious, breakfast is great!

Very clean room with massive TV. Good service at front of house and a decent complementary breakfast. What more can you ask for?

The location is great. It's just 5 minutes walk to the Canterbury Cathedral and the high street. You can go everywhere conveniently. If u drive, parking is near the hotel which cost £16.5 overnight. The room is clean and tidy. The lobby is modern and stylish. There are lots of spaces in the lobby. My family and I enjoy much about the breakfast, there are lots of choices.

Room was a good size and clean. The double bed was a good size and comfortable. The sofa bed was a good size but a little uncomfortable. Good options for breakfast (cereal, toast, english breakfast) although some of the hot items were cold. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Had the best time at this hotel. Room was spotless, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was superb. Breakfast was good, the same thing everyday but I’m not complaining! Will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area :)

Hampton Canterbury is a very convenient hotel situated right in the city centre of Canterbury. Supermarket, restaurants and cathedral is literally 2-3 mins away. This is the 3rd time I stay here. Breakfast is excellent. Although the menu does not change, it is a very reliable good old English breakfast serve in a buffet. It has everything you need to start your day. I love it and look forward to it every time. (Although you might get slightly bored if you stay for 5 days like me). The environment is generally clean. I do not have a high requirements in the level of cleanliness. So don’t take my word for it. It is not luxurious, but you will get everything you need to support you throughout your journey for leisure or for business. On facilities side, there is no fridge in the room. Which is not a must. The room is medium in size. One down side is that there is no shower curtain. You will get a lot of water on to the bathroom floor when you shower. I suggest that they attach a shower holder on the glass side of the shower box. That way the water is directed towards the wall a lot less water will get on the floor. I will bring a suction type shower holder of my own next time. I will actually put it in my packing list. It would come in handy during travel. There is no coin op laundry in the hotel. And I don’t see any coin op laundry around the area. So you you need to use the hotel laundry service which will always be expensive. Personally I think it is a great hotel. Great value for money and is my number 1 choice of hotel when I come to Canterbury. Thank you for looking after us.

Very nice stay! The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was in a fantastic location, clean, modern and staff were extremely friendly. What sadly let it down was the awful mattress in the room. It was springy, lumpy, noisy and appeared to be sinking. Was extremely uncomfortable and me and my partner found it very difficult to sleep. Woke up with aches and stiffness every morning. The cooked breakfast also wasn’t great, although plenty of choice on the continental option. Such a shame for the bad experiences we had as the hotel was otherwise pleasant.

It's really a great stay as the room is clean and tidy, breakfast is delicious although not much choice. I will recommend to all of you and I definitely will stay here again if I go to Kent again.
