Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Das Hotel liegt vom Flughafen GOI (Dabolim - der alte Flughafen) etwas ausserhalb und *** braucht eine gute Stunde zum Hotel. Aber die Lage entschädigt total und nehmt bitte ein Premiumzimmer, dass ihr im hinteren Gebäude seid und nicht vorne zur Straße. In Indien wird bis in die Nacht gehupt was das Zeug hält und wird öfter betätigt als die Bremse oder Gas ;-) Das Hotel liegt an der Straße und gleich gegenüber kann *** über eine Straße zum Strand gehen. Das Pool wird täglich gereinigt (kurz) aber wird und was noch nicht wieder funktioniert ist die Umwältanlage in Gänze :-) Das Hotel hat ein eigenes Stromaggregat mit Diesel und ab und an ist es so, dass der anspringen muss, weil das örtliche Kraftwerk in die Knie geht für die Region. Dann hat *** paar Sekunden dunkel und dann kommt wieder Licht über das Aggregat. Und jetzt kommt die Erkenntnis, wer ein Standardzimmer mit Poolblick bucht hört das Wummern vom Generater … GLÜCKWUNSCH! :-( Wir waren froh, dass wir im Hinterhaus waren bis Blick auf die Sumpflandschaft. Hört sich jetzt komisch an, aber *** hat dann Ostblick und Blick auf die aufgehende Sonne! Das war total schön für uns! Frühstück war mega lecker und hat sich im Vergleich zu den bisherigen Hotels gesteigert und das für ein Holiday Inn, wo *** ja sonst nicht eine super Küche erwarte, aber es gab drei Live-Stationen (Dosa, was örtliches und Pancake/Waffeln) und *** konnte immer was dazu bestellen. Wir hätten da echt nochmal zwei Tage anhängen können … locker! :-) Schaut euch die Umgebung hat mit den vielen Forts und bucht einen Fahrer über das Hotel mit einem Tagespaket. Wir haben Süd-Goa, mit Alt-Goa gemacht und das Fort im Norden. ABER: Geht bloß nicht sonntags nach Alt-Goa *** kommt nicht in die Kirchen rein. Erst nach den Gottesdiensten.

Overall experience was good at the hotel. Rooms were clean and service was good. But i found very astonishing thing at the hotel that they clean your room without informing you even when you are outside of hotel. I had gone out of hotel in the morning and returned in the evening with room keys. Even though motive behind it was good, i found this as breach of privacy as hotel have access to your room without permission.

We stayed in suite room in this hotel which was extremely luxurious and comfortable. Mr.Ambarish took care of us very nicely, I have been to this hotel almost 4 times in the past year, and this time Mr.Ambarish and his staff were so courteous that we felt as if we were staying at our home, as he would regular check if or not we were confortable. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel, when in Goa due to very polite and courteous staff and beautiful stay.

I had gone to Goa with my elderly parents. We had booked for 5 days and 4 nights. I had done the booking from Germany and Ms Banaja Dash from reservations was the most helpful lady. She ensured we get the room with the accessibility to the lift (due to my parents). On arrival to the hotel, we were greeted by Ms Maira, Mr Debabrata and Mr Sanjit. They left no stone unturned to make our trip one of the most memorable ones. Mr Debabrata also helped us with the itinerary for local sight seeing. A special mention also to Krishna, Suvam and Rishu who were in the restaurant and were on their toes all the time to ensure everything was perfect. Suvam also suggested the local dishes that we tried although they weren’t on that days menu. Ms Sudrishna greeted us every morning with her beautiful smile. Although we didn’t get a chance to interact with Mr Sandip (the restaurant manager), we would like to mention that he always had a pleasant smile no matter what the situation was. I shall be carrying a beautiful memory of a holiday I spent with my parents back to Stuttgart, Germany. Thank you all.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Novotel Goa. The staff, in particular, made the stay even more special. Nisha Doley and Eva, among others, were incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the entire experience. The property itself is beautiful, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend Novotel Goa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
