My wife and I stayed at this hotel during a road trip in the Pyrenees for one night without an advance booking. We found the staff friendly and our room at the front of the hotel afforded a superb view of the mountains. Our bathroom was dated and in need of renovation but the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room which was a slight issue in July! The rustic communal areas of the hotel were pleasant and clean. The food in the evening at the hotel restaurant was ok, with three choices for each course. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Un recepcionista no hacían su trabajo, el pobre chico de la limpieza lo tenia que hacer todo. Hasta se rió de un amigo mio cuando perdió una cosa y me hablo mal. La habitación estuvo bien y la comida también muy buena, pero lo de el recepcionista es pésimo.

Cela fait 10 ans que nous louons 4 jours en demi pension, au mois d'août ; La chambre est toujours agréable, mais depuis le rachat de l'hôtel, l'amateurisme est de rigueur, la nourriture qui était raffinée est devenue horrible, pire que dans une cantine, le personnel est non professionnel et se comporte "comme à la maison" sans respect pour la tranquillité des clients, le directeur est arrogant. C'est bien dommage, mais nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet hôtel.

La habitación muy limpia, amplia, bien ventilada y silenciosa; climatizada, baño con secador y se puede llevar al perro; zona de paseo perro y parking. El personal de recepción, cocina y sala ¡una maravilla! Las cenas ÉPICAS. Volveré 100%

El hotel dentro de lo cabe bien para los años que tiene. A destacar la mala organizacion y el encargado con los pelos largos pega voces a sus trabajadores que se escuchan desde el comedor. Un tío muy prepotente y deja mucho que desear. En 3 días han ido un coche de civiles 2 veces por amenazas varias en sus empleados. No volveré jamás.

Precioso hotel con encanto. Sencillo y acogedor. El trato del personal es EXCELENTE. Especialmente Estrella en recepción, Ana en el restaurante o el señor del bar. Limpísimo todo. Ha sido una estancia increíble acompañada de mucha nieve!!!!

Ciertamente sigue siendo un Encanto de Hotel y un Hotel con Encanto ( por su solera,por su ubicación, por su cocina y sobre todo por TODO su personal, dirección, recepción, camarero/as,encargado de cafetería..) da gusto el trato, la familiaridad con la que te tratan ,todo facilidades y eso te hace sentir como en casa,no me extraña que siga siendo la referencia de la Estación
