Great location just next to Tulum Avenue. Very clean place, lovely and understanding staff. Hot water was lacking on certain nights, but still fine to make do. Still recommend!

Payment from ******* wasn't processed at hotel and I had to pay a second time. After lengthy discussions i got my refund the next day. Not the best way to start a vacation

It is in a good location, not far from ADO bus station and super market, and restaurants. It is right beside the municipal building, so we got to experience Mexican night culture at night. Nice kitchen and area to dry our swimming suits. Only concern was that there were constructions going on when we were there, so it got noisy at night. But they did stop at some point after mid-night.

I liked the location. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop near-by. I felt safe at all times.
The staff was very courteous and helpful.
Room was clean. A/C was perfect. Had a small fridge and microwave.
The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, but I would stay there again without hesitation.

I had a great experience here, staff was very kind and responsive, the hotel is basic but has a good charm about it and was very clean. Centrally located in downtown Cancun, lots of food and shopping in the adjacent area, two blocks from the Bus station, it was a great place to end my trip around the Yucatán!

Friendly staff with excellent service. The rooms were always clean and when our air conditioner went out one morning, it was replaced with a brand new unit before we returned that evening.

Beautiful and quiet little hotel - not a lot of rooms, a small price tag, but a very comfortable stay. Lots of delicious restaurants immediately next door and very close to the central bus station. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
