Excellant service, amazing atmosphere, delicious food prepared by very talented chefs Christian,Adrian,Jonathan, many more amazing individuals who's names I can't remember, they gave us fantastic service every morning and evening preparing us fresh veggie eggs n pancakes, fresh cut varieties of fruits, very deliciousdinners accordingto our preferences. I can not elaborate enough of the amazing treatment n service(very clean and very spacious rooms)we received at the laguna suits from the entire team serving there. I will choose laguna suits again in near future. Extremely happy guest :)

My very first time in Laguna suites. Small place but what has Small has on service. The suites are comfortable 3 different areas, one bedroom, shower with toilet, 2 sinks hall with good illumination. Living with sofa. The breakfast is buffet they make changes according to you dietary needs, in our case, we have some vegan, an kids picky eaters. The waiter Edwin possess an exceptional service, very professional and keep all your details as you asked. Chefs were amazing, specially the Chef Arturo, provided an excellent service and the Menu was delicious. Servers like Mary, Jesus and Edwin makes your experience unique and makes you feel special. I recommend this place to relax, get well treated and feel the vacation mode. Best experience ever!!

Awesome the place is nice and clean the staff are all friendly from the front desk information, to the food services and to all the people out there room are always cleaning everyday nice pool and ambience of course hopefully will be back soon for sure thanks to all of you guys.

Great experience, thanks to the amazing chambermaid Paola valentin. She arranged our rooms perfectly, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend her services as well as the nice cooks at the restaurant.

Laguna Suites is the place to go, affordable stay but most definitely worth it. The staff was amazing, their Chef was outstanding! Breakfast lunch or dinner the food always tastes amazing! The servers were great! I forgot their names but they will serve you to the best of their abilities. Most important thing is that they all speak English! Dont forget to tip them because that’s where they make most of their money.

I stayed at Laguna Suites with my wife for our 5th Anniversary. Starting with the welcome at the lobby, with a refreshing drinks, followed with our welcome at the suit and our bed was a huge sign that sayd Happy Anniversary, my wife was stunning. Our suit was very neat all the time and really good size. Included Living room, Dining room, bathroom and the nice room. All the suit has multiple closets , 2 tvs , fridge and microwave. Our room attendant and housekeeper Sarai was extremely extraordinary. She did a exellent, exellent job. And Sarai passed my wife standards that is super high. After been in all 4 resorts from Sunset Group. What's make me stayed and signed another contract with Sunset was Laguna Suites Staff, They really make us feel like more then in home. The Staff is extraordinary, The service of the restaurant staff starting with our breakfast, lunch and dinner servers Edwin, Yasaid, Adrian, Jonathan and Benito. Then the part of the staff who served us at the pool area my people on charge of the Bars William and Jose. We have to give them 200 of 100 points to all the staff, Extremely extraordinary . The food was extraordinary and very tasty. Very fresh and with that unique Mexican flavor. Big thanks to our Kitchen Staff, Fernando, Zacarias, Juliana and Christian, at the head of the Chefs Pacheco and Luis. All this staff members made our Anniversary a dream come true at the point that we do not wants to leave this place. I recommend Laguna Suites with my eyes close to everyone. Ahh big thanks to the shuttle bus driver who took us around all the sisters properties. Definitely I'll come back very soon.

Excellent place to stay, staff were courteous. Food choice were great. We had a home style feeling and we were naturally connected with nature, I was able to focus on self rather than watching other peoples lives.

When they offered me the family package they have not said anything about getting a penalty when the spouse cannot go. They only have that when u already book the hotel. And regardless of the reason, they will not consider. I went to the promotions desk the next day to confirm my registration with their mandatory hotel tour but the guy said its ok if u dont go because your husband is not here. So i ended up doing nothing at the hotel until 3pm. When i came back from a tour the next morning they said i have a letter, when i read it, they are asking me to pay USD399 penalty because mybhisband did not come. So i said i wont pay coz its not fair. Then they said, then u have to leave tomorrow. And thats it, i lchecked out the next day. Go with other hotels. There is nothibg much here, just 1 pool, and small children’s park.
