Meine Kinder (junge Jugendliche) und ich blieb hier für zwei Nächte während der Schulurlaub. Das eins Schlafzimmerwohnung war sehr sauber und gut vorgestellt. Wir bezahlten die Auflage für eine dritte Person und leider war eine dritte Person nicht verpflegt. Wir mussten ein Bettwäsche beantragen und dann (zu spät/nach der Rezeption geschlossen) bemerkten wir, dass wir nicht über ein drittes Handtuch verfügten. Der Ausgefaltete Sofa war super schlank und ziemlich untragbar, Glücklich ist mein jüngerster klein und könnte auf dem Sofa selbst schlafen. Andernfalls - es war sehr warm (so gut auf zwei sehr, sehr kalte Nächte). Es ist direkt über einem Busterminal, so wäre es etwas laut gewesen, wenn Sie die Türen öffnen/ mit dem Balkon. In der Nähe von Geschäften, Cafés usw., was bequem war. Kostenloser Parkplatz unterhalb. Insgesamt, ziemlich gut. Ich fühlte mich nur ein bisschen irritiert, wenn ich $55 extra für eine dritte Person zahlen und dann nicht wirklich etwas für diese Gebühr erhalten.

Saw the reviews and was not expecting much. I have been surprised to be honest. The reception was helpful, check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, well equipped and the bed, lovely and soft and we had the best nights sleep. The only gripe was the communal area toilets were grubby but that’s down to dirty people. You get what you pay for and we were comfortable and can only speak of our experience.

The hotel was ok but booking from Trip service was terrible. This is the first time I booked a hotel from the Trip and they ripped me off. They overcharge me. their app showed the price one and when I I made booking they charged me extra. I was completely socked. I contacted to trip but hey were hopeless. We live in Australia but they charged me us dollar which they did not mention. I

The staff at Pavilion couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful in letting us change rooms and responding to requests.But this didn’t quite make up for the fact that this hotel is in need of some serious TLC. We noticed at reception a tourist excellence award from Trip Adviser from 2012, which is hardly current. On the plus side: The huge foyer area was pleasant and welcoming. The king bed was very comfortable which is the main thing, quality linen. Bathroom towels were plentiful and soft and the shower over the bath had a non-slip surface and a useful help rail to get in and out. What needs attention: The desk and table in both rooms we had were chipped, and the curtains somewhat old and worn. The darkish grey paint also did nothing to raise the energy of what was already a dark room (215) with a tree outside. No plugs were provided for the basin and the bath, though these were supplied on request The restaurant staff were great, but the chicken schnitzel we ordered was really disappointing and poor value at $35. We would also have appreciated a microwave being available, if not as standard on request, as in many hotels. Overall a disappointing experience we would not repeat.

Dies war ein Nachtaufenthalt in Canberra, da ich am nächsten Tag eine medizinische Bestellung hatte. Einchecken war relativ schnell und einfach, das Personal erklärte die Hoteleinrichtungen und dann gingen wir ins Zimmer. Nachdem wir ins Zimmer kamen, war es ziemlich angenehm, obwohl ein wenig dunkel. Als es ein Wochenende war, bedeutete das, dass ihr Restaurant geschlossen wurde, das keine Probleme wie im Haus gibt es die Pantry, ein Gebiet, das eine begrenzte Auswahl von Artikeln von gefrorenen Mahlzeiten, bis zu Chips und Schokolade hat. Die Mikrowelle war ein bisschen schwierig zu bedienen, aber wenn ich sie hang, hatten wir einen ruhigen Abendessen und setzten uns für die Nacht ein. Als wir uns am nächsten Morgen ein Frühstücksgut bekommen hatten (das erlaubte ein Getränk und ein Essen - was wir nicht gesagt hatten) gingen wir in ihr Restaurant ein, um Frühstück zu haben. Ich nahm die Apfel-Cinamon-Pancakes und später eine Kuchen Granola. Nachdem die Artikel auf den Tisch gebracht wurden, bemerkte ich, dass die Pancakes fast in Karpfensirup untergetaucht waren!!! Ich dachte, ich werde ein kleines Jug von Sirup zu fügen, wie ich wollte, aber sie ”schwimmen” in Sirup ... nicht ein guter Blick!. Die Kugel von Granola war ziemlich schmackhaft mit Joghurt und Frucht auf dem Topf. Als wir verlassen, präsentierten wir unsere Gutscheine, Es wird gesagt, es beinhaltet ein Essen und Trinkstück, hinterlässt eine kleine Gebühr am Ende. So um den Rückzug und bewerten das Hotel selbst: Das Zimmer war ziemlich schön, die Betten waren eng und komfortabel, das Badezimmer geräumig, aber die Dusche hat nur ein Glas panel, das nur die Hälfte bedeckt das Dusche müssen Sie es in der Hälfte oder Gefahr, das Badezimmer überschwemmt zu halten .. Das Hotel ist ziemlich schön, aber werden wir hier wieder bleiben? Wahrscheinlicher nicht, kein Fehler des Hotels oder des Personals ... nur nicht unser Stil ...

The hotel is located right near a row of shops, and it's just a short drive away from the city. There is onsite parking for $12 a day, and you will be able to enter and exit the carpark as many times as you like. The staff were extremely helpful with requests and very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Canberra.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, blieb für zwei Monate. Das Leben in Gungahlin ist sehr bequem, in der Nähe von Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Bunning Warehouse, Kmart, BigW Supermarkt, Einkaufen ist bequem. Es gibt auch eine Stadtbahn und bequemen Transport. Es gibt auch einen See mit Enten, schwarzen Schwänen und einer wunderschönen Naturlandschaft. Liebe Gungahlin hier. Wenn Sie im Ausland studieren und hier in Australien einwandern, können Sie den PTE-Test ablegen. Ich versuche jetzt den PTE-Test zu machen. Just returned from a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our room had 2 king size beds in two separate bedrooms both with televisions, bathroom, with shower/toilet and plenty of storage, lounge room, with lounge and 2 single seats, dining area with table and 2 seats, a washer/dryer combo and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage throughout the unit. Our dryer wouldn’t work and despite 2 people looking at it, no one could get it to dry. This was inconvenient as we had planned on being able to wash and dry clothes and towels. The TV in the bedroom with the window also didn’t work. We tried a different remote that turned it on but still said no signal. We advised reception on checkout and we’re told it would be passed on. As a regular Accor customer, I would have thought a discount might have been appropriate having pain $600 for two nights. Parking is also an addition $25/ day. Our wifi cut off in the morning before checkout time which I also found strange. Checkout was by 10am and at 630am, no wifi. The hotel is in a great location. There is no where to park and check in so I had to double park which was obviously not ideal. The lobby is also very small. The hotel was very clean and everyone we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. We also didn’t get our room service, which again reception were advised about. The security thing you tap for entry to car park is on the passenger side which is difficult when you are in the car on your own! All these small issues aside, we had a great stay.
