Stayed 3 nights in a standard queen room. The room was nice, although a bit dark as I was on the ground floor with a small window facing the hotels covered entrance. The bed was very soft, maybe too soft for some. The bathroom with walk in shower was compact but functional. The hotel is close the main attractions, with free secure onsite parking. Kingston shops are close by with many nice cafes and supermarket. It has a fully mini bar in the room but I found the prices too high, $9 for a bottle of beer, so I Didnt use it. I got a great rate for my stay.

酒店本身乾淨、溫馨、服務態度也不錯，有較大的公共區域，感覺床比較軟。酒店門口可租自行車，感覺堪培拉是個很適合騎行的城市。酒店位於堪培拉國會大廈所在的行政區，去國會大廈比較近（步行約1km左右?)。酒店房間內配備一次性拖鞋、洗髮沐浴露等，但不配備牙刷牙膏。不過，休息日的行政區是真的冷清，大街上幾乎見不到行人（國會大廈參觀、國家圖書館、湖邊等處倒是能見到不少人），酒店附近吃飯的選擇也比較少。

Just returned from a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our room had 2 king size beds in two separate bedrooms both with televisions, bathroom, with shower/toilet and plenty of storage, lounge room, with lounge and 2 single seats, dining area with table and 2 seats, a washer/dryer combo and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage throughout the unit. Our dryer wouldn’t work and despite 2 people looking at it, no one could get it to dry. This was inconvenient as we had planned on being able to wash and dry clothes and towels. The TV in the bedroom with the window also didn’t work. We tried a different remote that turned it on but still said no signal. We advised reception on checkout and we’re told it would be passed on. As a regular Accor customer, I would have thought a discount might have been appropriate having pain $600 for two nights. Parking is also an addition $25/ day. Our wifi cut off in the morning before checkout time which I also found strange. Checkout was by 10am and at 630am, no wifi. The hotel is in a great location. There is no where to park and check in so I had to double park which was obviously not ideal. The lobby is also very small. The hotel was very clean and everyone we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. We also didn’t get our room service, which again reception were advised about. The security thing you tap for entry to car park is on the passenger side which is difficult when you are in the car on your own! All these small issues aside, we had a great stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut und erstaunlich. Die Dekoration ist nicht luxuriös, aber es sollte alles sein. Das Design im Mittel- und oberen Stockwerk ist etwas wie eine Mini-Version von Golden Cafe. Der Wohnzimmer ist relativ klein und es gibt nicht viel Platz, um das Sofabett zu öffnen, aber mit Ihrer eigenen Küche und Waschmaschine, es ist sehr bequem zu essen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, aber der Nachteil ist, dass die Wäsche nicht schleifbar ist und leicht zu schleifen ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig, die Balkon-Schleiftür ist sehr schwer und die Sound-Isolierung ist sehr gut. Parken ist auch bequem (zusätzlich zu Gebühren) und das Hotel hat nicht viele eigene Plätze, aber es kann zum Flughafenparkplatz ein Schritt entfernt sein.

Saw the reviews and was not expecting much. I have been surprised to be honest. The reception was helpful, check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, well equipped and the bed, lovely and soft and we had the best nights sleep. The only gripe was the communal area toilets were grubby but that’s down to dirty people. You get what you pay for and we were comfortable and can only speak of our experience.

Location is very good. It locates at Dickson which is a very convenient place. Many restaurants are located around 5 minutes drive from the hotel. The condition of the rooms are acceptable and it's quite quiet at night. The front desk is helpful. Car park is located at B1 of the hotel which cost $15 per night. Street parking will be available opposite to the hotel but it's full at long weekend. Overall, it's a good choice.

This hotel has very much an 80s vibe, and the rooms do look like they have not been updated since it originally opened. But I found my room to be clean, the beds were comfortable, the aircon whisper quiet and there was no street noise so we had a great sleep. I really like this place. I especially love the atrium in the centre of the hotel and their use of plants. Lots of plants! It's a very interesting design. It's like being in a terrarium circus tent! I thought some of the trees must surely be fake, but no, it's quite amazing what they have achieved and just how big some of the trees are in there! I love the cosy and private lounge areas scattered through the plantings and water features. I love the look of the stair cases you can see from the centre and the use of wood against the light colour scheme throughout. You will find the hotel is relatively close to EPIC if you are there for an event, to Haig Park Markets, Braddon Eateries, bars and cafes, and the Canberra Centre. I found the reception and bar staff to be very lovely and helpful. Many thanks for a delightful stay.

My reception by Naveen and Dorg was cheerful and helpful; they provided clear and good info regarding the hotel, parking, breakfast and meals in the adjoining Labour Club, etc. Our room on the top 9th floor had a good view towards the Lake Ginninderra, although another high rise had partially blocked the view. Our room was an end room, a more spacious upgrade offered to us by Naveen. It was very clean- every nook and cranny- compliments to housekeeping. It was also nice and bright, as was the bathroom. Decor is very modern and up to date. Bed was comfortable and we had good sleeps. The hot breakfast in the Club was of good quality and variety and good value. Parking on level3 and level4 of the carpark was easily accessible.

Gutes Hotel. Das Zimmer war eine angemessene Größe, da es sich um ein Budget-Hotel handelt, das ensuite Toilette und Dusche sind klein, aber ausreichend. Es ist ein bisschen aus der Stadt, aber schön, wenn Sie ein Auto haben (wahrscheinlich öffentlicher Verkehr in der Nähe verfügbar ist, ich habe nicht geprüft). Sie haben kein Restaurant, aber Sie können ein gefrorenes Essen von der Rezeption kaufen und es in einer Mikrowelle erwärmen, wenn Sie wollen (kontinentales Frühstück kann auch gekauft werden, ich habe es nicht versucht).
