Kleines aber feines Hotel mit Stil eingerichtet. Sehr herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, super Frühstücksbuffet und feine Snacks. Ruhige Lage und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Chefin Flavia kennt sich sehr gut aus und kann viele Tips für Wanderungen, Biketouren und weitere Aktivitäten sowie den besten Restaurants geben. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Sehr freundlicher Service! Familiäres Ambiente. Auf Wünsche eingehend. Sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Sauber. Leckeres Frühstück. Kinderfreundlich. Ruhige Lage. Nur wenige Schritte zur Gondel. Gastro-Tips sind gut.

On this, our fourth or fifth stay, Flavia and Stephania saved our bacon when our rental car broke down, leaving us stranded in a remote location. They picked us up, arranged for a tow truck and arranged for a taxi "a Porsche!" to drive us to a replacement rental car in Bolzano. We are very much in their debt. Such a beautiful hotel with beautiful, caring staff.

I went here with my in laws during a ski vacation. We had an amazing experience. Great service. The best hostess you could ever ask for, whom makes you feel like home. Delicious breakfast. The rooms are beautifully decorated. I highly recommended the spa and having a massage if you are able to it. There is a cute outside area where you can sit and relax and enjoy aprés-ski. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. Make yourself a favor and book your next ski vacation here. Or why not your bike vacation?

For 7 days we enjoyed a hotel with an exceptional DESIGN and high quality services. The junior suite, where we stayed (on 3rd floor) was very spacious, with excellent facilities and very clean. Flavia, the owner of the hotel, was an perfect host an advises us in mountain hikes. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. TIPS! The hotel is nearby 2 cable cars that take you to the heights in Dolomiti mountains. We will come back.

Everything on Chalet Vites is excellent! The location is nice and quiet, with a private parking place. The hotel has a cosy bar, also with some lovely seats outside. It has a contemporary and tasteful interior design; the rooms and interior of the public spaces are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is complete, with fresh ingredients. And last but not least: the staff is wonderful!! Very friendly, helpful and correct!

Very cute hotel in Canazei Alba next to the lifts It is a very intimate , quiet hotel with very nice decoration Flavia was very helpful to us in many situations and was very welcoming High quality and fresh products for Breakfast Il is a shame the hotel doesn't have a restaurant but it was OK because we found nice restaurants not far at all

We had a marvelous stay at this lovely hotel! And can not mention 1 negative argument! It has such a high quality by the building itself and his facilities but for all the people working there and owner Flavia. She is very charming and attentive. Adviced in good Restaurants and Booking reservations for us. But also in renting ski's wich we could leave after our holiday because there were picked up by the Ski-Rental company. Comfortable! The Wellness is just incredible so nice and clean! Breakfast is delicious! What we like is that attention has been paid to every point or part down to the smallest detail! We highly recommend this hotel! And to Flavia and staff : thank you very much for your good care!

Everything about this beautiful boutique hotel is perfect for many reasons. Firstly, Flavia and her staff are so warm and welcoming and helpful in every way. The facilities are extra clean and comfortable, and all needs are catered for. The location could not be better for skiers, with a cable car and a gondola a very short walk away. Then there is the food! Flavia is a wonderful cook and the range of delicious homemade offerings are irresistible, along with everything you could possibly want for breakfast and the two afternoon snacks they provide. What more can I say - we have stayed at Chalet Vites 3 times and look forward to staying many times more. Thank you again for a very special and memorable stay.
