Perfectly located hotel close the the ferry over to the peninsula. Ottoman/antique/french mix of decor. AC units could do with a bit of an overhaul as they were not very powerful but other than that the facilities were good. Service very good, owners/staff very helpful. Parking is over the road from the hotel and is to be paid for but reasonably priced. The hotel organised a battlefield trip for us too. Easy walling distance of a number of seafront restaurants. Small balcony with a view of the sea from out room. Only negative was the noise from a nearby nightclub which the hotel have no control over.

This hotel in the centre of town is a perfect location. The staff and family are great, and breakfast is pitched at all of those difficult modern dietary needs. The Hotel has a classic style, and has the claim to fame of the first amateur archaeologist having stayed here over a hundred years ago as he worked on Troy. Parking is not in the hotels gift, but relatively near by, and cheap enough.

We booked for 4 nights as part of a one month holiday in Turkey and requested a quiet room but alas despite having a great location the hotel is a little run down, ac units very old and noisy, tiny rooms and worn out bathrooms. All of this would have been ok but the noise from adjacent night clubs from 9pm to 3am every night was unbearable… impossible to sleep. After one night we checked out at 8am but the hotel management absolutely refused to consider any refund. They have conveniently put in place a non negotiable no refund for any reason whatsoever policy. We payed 300 USD for 4 nights so have lost 225 USD. Even though we selected pay at property these people charged my card full amount 3 hours before we even checked in so we had absolutely no choice. Do not stay here. The owners are completely aware of the noise problem but through their policies make it the guests problem not theirs. The front desk team said that every guest complains about the noise. Do thoroughly check every review you can about this place before you think about booking here. 3 weeks later the owners are sending bad replies to us about our complaint.

Deniz manzaralı diyerek verilen odanın karsı binaya bakması (bina rengi mavi olması denizi cagırıstırdıgından olabilir)ve fazladan alınan 500 tl. Çok gürültülü bir otel .telefonu çalışmayan nostaljik otel.ssabaha kadar arabaların bangır bangır gürültüsü,insanların yüksek sesle konusması cabası.ayrıc musluklarından fulls sıcak su akan “40 derece sıcaklıktaki sehirde…”sırf puanı yğksek diye tercih ettigimiz ama içine girdigimizde estagfurullah tövbe modu.ve kesinlikle haketmiyor parayı.2. Katta sağdaki caddeye bakan oda deniz görmüyor ancak eğilip bükülürseniz ki bi zahmet yapın deme yani napsın daha otel sizin için deme

Herşey çok güzeldi fakat odalardaki havlular çok sert ve yırtıktı.2 arkadaş gelmiştik birde yatak çarşafları yorganları eskimişti.Bunlar düzeltilebilir.Zehra hanım ve ramazan bey oldukça güler yüzlüydü.Kahvaltı butik otele göre kalitesi iyiydi.

Merhabalar, Öncelikle zehra hanım ve ramazan beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Bizleri evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Otel çanakkalenin en eski yapılarından. Tarih kokuyor. Çok merkezi her yere yürüme mesafesinde.Akşamları dışarıdan gelen gürültüler var ama çok rahatsız edici değil. Otel temiz kahvaltı çok lezzetli, zehra hanımın her sabah yaptığı kek ve böreklere bayıldık. Çanakkale merkeze her geldiğimizde burada kalacağız.☺️

Deniz manzaralı balkon oldukça keyifli. Birer kadeh şarap eşliğinde daha da keyifli bir hale geliyor. Personel oldukça ilgili ve insan canlısı. Sakin ve huzurlu bir yer, lokasyonu merkezi. Ulaşım ve yeme içme noktalarına yürüme mesafesinde. Fiyatları biraz ortalamanın üzerinde kalıyor fakat hem hikayesiyle hem atmosferiyle hem de temizliğiyle verdiğiniz paraya değer. Tek bir not, tuvaletler biraz küçük.
