Talpona Paradise Beach House

We were going to book Neelchand but stayed elsewhere in Patnem. We still went here to spend an evening and truth be told, we really wish we had continued our booking at Neelchand. Talpona is one of the finest beaches I've experienced in India. Serene, peaceful with calm and clear water...and Neelchand's location is bang on the beach! It's a small property with tastefully done wooden cottages. The restaurant is really nice and the food is delicious. Schubert, who runs the place looks after the guests really well and is a very warm fellow to speak to. The staff is helpful and service is good as well! Highly highly recommended!

We arrived straight from Sweden, were conveniently picked up at the airport and landed in this paradise ✨ We booked for 2 weeks but ended up staying for more than 2 months in a lovely AC bungalow just by the ocean. If you love a perfect clean beach, relaxing, listening to the waves, swimming and doing your own practice, this is your place. The on the top, is how well you are cared for in this place. Schubert and his team is so genuinely and gracefully making everything feel like you’re at home and fulfilling all your dreams. Their restaurant is best in this area (we tried everything on the menu ) bed is nice with soft sheets and good pillows. And if you love dogs there will be some darlings there to love you back

OUT OF THIS WORLD. Right on the edge of a pristine pretty much empty beach this low key yet genuinely welcoming guest house is in a perfect spot with a really good soul. Manager Schubert was on hand the whole time to make sure we had everything we needed such as endless filtered water, card games, bug spray etc. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. (Kingfisher beer 100 rupees, king prawn tikka 350. Bedroom had AC and fan with awesome sea view. Even the slightly cheaper not sea view rooms are only approx 15 m from beach. Wonderful . Understated yet perfect.
