We travelled as family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) in 2 twin rooms. The hotel was modern and clean in a great central location. 5 minute walk to beach. Rooms: Nice size, clean, good view of pool, lovely balcony, good selection of TV channels. Maid service every day. But... The rooms had an awful sewage smell when the air conditioning was on. Pools: 4 really good sized outdoor pools for all age groups but water very cold. Dirty and tired looking sunbeds. Ripped towels. There is an indoor pool for children plus an indoor pool / spa for over 16s. Food: Good selection but spolit by the fact both breakfast and evening meal food was cold. Not pleasant eating cold fried eggs and sausages. The glasses looked dirty. No English Breakfast tea bags so bought our own from the supermarket. The fruit is obviously out all night as it was dry. My son was given chicken which was raw in the middle. I complained and was disappointed not to receive an apology. We were also VERY disappointed about food labelling. Nothing to tell you what flavour the cakes or yoghurt or jam was. Just a gamble if it was a flavour you would enjoy. Plus, major point: No allergen info on anything. There is a small games room but the white ball was missing from the pool table and some machines out of order. You need 10 euro deposit to borrow table tennis rackets and ball. The reception staff were lovely, polite and friendly but the restaurant and bistro staff not so much. We had a nice break but would definitely not return.

Great holiday at a lovely hotel. Quick and friendly check in, large, bright, clean room with beautiful view Room 1001 on 10th floor. Excellent welcome and service from all the dining room team especially the Maitre D and Gerard Butler's double. Plenty choice of food all well presented and tasty, every one of our family group of 9 always found something to enjoy. Good choices of refreshments and wine with the meals. Spacious relaxing areas around the pools including many beds under cover from the sun if that s what you require. Make sure to go up to 15th floor to the Sky Bar and restaurant - where one can have a spectacular 360 degree view of Can Picafort and also watch the sunsets, the tasting menu A La Carte meal was also lovely. We found the Hotel was very quiet during the day as it was second last week of their season and 75% of the sun loungers were unused - so all 9 of us could choose where to sunbathe without having to book beds etc. Good selection of activities from the Entertainment Team - and the team were all friendly and did a great job through the day and were excellent in their performances at some productions they put on in the evenings. Bar staff were also great - wide range of drinks available including some delicious cocktails. The hotel location is good for access to the Majorca Bus system and was only 5 minutes away from the main shopping area and 10 minutes or so from the promenade and harbour area.

Stayed here after a horribly long journey out. The receptionist guy was really helpful and ensured I got into my room straight away. The next day, I came for breakfast and realised they had freshly made omelette and pancake sections (wonderful). Having a pool and garden to relax in was fabulous. Beach was a straight walk 5 mins away. If you want a toothbrush and toothpaste, just ask at reception. You can borrow a large towel with a refundable deposit. Safe is chargeable in the room. The bed was massive. Evening meals had a big selection of food, as all different nationalitys here. Note that if you want a hotel that has a swimming pool in the sun all day, this is probably not the one for you. I loved it here, though. Many thanks for everything.

I have recently got back from a week here with my sister (both in late 20s). We went half board. After reading some of the reviews we were slightly apprehensive but we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wanted to share our experience to put other’s minds at ease! - We found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful, when we arrived in the early hours of the morning the man at reception was so welcoming and even offered us a glass of Prosecco. Restaurant staff worked really hard as it could get busy. Amanda in the restaurant particularly was so lovely, she remembered our drinks order each night and even moved a table outside for us when the outside area was full. - The pool area was great, loads of sunbeds and space to move around. It was a quiet so great to relax, but did played chilled music which was a nice vibe. We really liked the loungers in the shallow pool. - Rooms were modern, clean and really big. The air con wasn’t great, but it did the job for us and didn’t impact on the holiday too much! - Food in the restaurant was good, lots of fish, meat and different vegetables each night. We enjoyed the Spanish and Mallorcan nights in particular. Breakfast also good, very similar to other food we’ve had in 4-star hotels - The bar did great cocktails (especially the Mojitos) and drinks were well priced- around €3 for wine and €6-7 for cocktails. Bar staff helpful and friendly. Evening entertainment was different singers on a few nights, good for background music while enjoying a drink - We only ventured to the beach a few times, it could get busy in the evening. Classic holiday ***** with gift shops, bars and restaurants. We didn’t explore much but looked like you could easily get a bus from outside the hotel Overall we had a lovely time here. Some aspects of the hotel are getting slightly worn out/tired but these didn’t matter to us as we just wanted to come and unwind. Would recommend if you’re looking for a chilled holiday with a good pool vibe and to “fly and flop” like we did!

Wir sind gerade von einem Familienurlaub in diesem Hotel zurückgekehrt und hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn Sie in Can Picafort übernachten. Wir haben nur zum Frühstück dort gegessen, daher kann ich zu den anderen Mahlzeiten dort nichts sagen, da wir sie nicht probiert haben, aber das Frühstück war großartig. Sie hatten eine gute Auswahl an Speisen. Wir waren erst recht spät im Jahr (Oktober) da und daher waren nicht viele Kinder im Hotel, mit denen mein kleines Mädchen gesellig sein konnte. Aber es gab trotzdem jeden Abend eine Minidisco und der Miniclub war jeden Tag geöffnet. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass es während unseres Aufenthalts im Miniclub nicht viele strukturierte Aktivitäten gab, so dass sich mein Kleinkind ziemlich schnell langweilte, aber es lag vielleicht einfach an der Jahreszeit, wie ich schon sagte. Der Typ, der an einem Abend die Minidisco leitete, war großartig im Umgang mit den Kindern und gab die gesamte Disco jeden Abend sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Platz, da wir ein Reisebett und einen Kinderwagen sowie all unsere Habseligkeiten im Zimmer hatten. Daher würde ich, wenn möglich, ein Upgrade empfehlen, wenn Sie eine Familie sind. Unser Zimmer hatte auch nur eine Dusche, was für unser Zweijähriges, das Angst vor der Dusche hat, nicht so toll war. Wir hätten besser ein Bad nehmen können. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage - direkt am Strand. Und etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom ***** entfernt, wo es viele Restaurants und Bars zur Auswahl gibt! Mir fiel auf, dass es im Hotel und in der Umgebung viele deutsche Touristen gab, was nur für meine kleine Tochter ein Problem darstellte, da sie Schwierigkeiten hatte, Freunde zu finden, da es zu dieser Zeit keine englischen Kinder dort gab. Aber alle Mitarbeiter haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um sie trotzdem einzubeziehen, was sehr schön war! Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel empfehlen, wenn Sie Can Picafort besuchen.

Stayed here 19/06/24 When were checking in it was pretty straight forward, only one on person on reception bit silly when you are expecting a guest drop off, first impressions was a clean bright lounge area smelt DEVINE, we were half board originally we where all inclu but hotel changed ut to H/B, wich ment we had to pay for alcohol , I always thought tea/coffee was in with half board sadly not, we spent a small penny on drinks ( not heavy drinkers) Pool only small i wanted a lilo but felt you would get in peoples way because of sml pool , get 1 bottle of water for whole stay ( first night) then you have to buy your own ( annoying) Food was nice and puddings were lovely, staff were nice , i think as it being adults only It would be appreciated if you staff could come ask, if anyone wanted a drink around the pool , i think theres room for improvement in the hotel , be aware your not to drink the water so you have to go and get your own water if you need to weigh your case in the hotel you have to insert a £1' you really do get wat you pay for, Dont think i would rush back but overall decent lil place.
