Currently staying at this Aparthotel, and it is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life. First, The english website says parking is available...it is not. Only street parking is available. When asking the front desk staff about parking they told us to look at the website and didnt even offer a simple apology for the confusion/misinformation. Secondly, cleaning service is only 3x a week, which is fine, however, I asked for fresh bath towels on a Sunday, as two days of using the same towels after multiple showers from the beach, it was much needed to change out the towels. When asking the front desk for towels, they literally said no and pointed to the cleaning schedule. They also told me its not a Four Star hotel and I should be fine waiting until tomorrow for all fresh linen and towels. We have two more nights of staying here and if it wasnt pre-paid I would easily look for another place to stay. I have stayed in all level of hotels/apartment rentals and have never been treated with such hostility and rude service. An apology or some simple kindness would go a long way, but clearly the management of this establishment is not interested in guests enjoying their holiday.

Just returned home after a weeks stay at this gem . Spotlessly clean and helpful staff. Location is ideal and would definitely return. Supermarket is just around the corner and the lovely beach is a five minute walk at the most

I have just returned from a week at Isla Del Sol with my teenage daughter. Firstly, the staff could have not been any more friendly and helpful. The whole place is immaculately clean. We booked last minute and there was only one room left available which was a studio without a balcony, however it perfectly suited our needs. The room had a hob, microwave and a large fridge. There was a small tv on the wall. The bathroom had a bath with a shower, which was very good. The air conditioning was really good and you can adjust it to suit and was very quiet on the low setting. Wifi was great throughout the hotel and at the pool. The pool was very clean with lots of sun beds. It was always quiet. The pool is L shaped, with one part shallow for kids and the other part very deep, about 2.5m. There is a lounge and bar area which serves drinks and snacks all day. The hotel is a perfect location, only a few mins to walk to the beach. There is a great supermarket pretty much round the corner. The town itself is quite a quiet resort, with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. I don’t think there is much of a nightlife in the resort as it’s more suited to families and couples. The hotel is 5 min drive from the airport. All in all I can’t find fault at all. I will definitely be returning to Isla Del Sol.

Posto pulito e personale cordiale e professionale. Le stanze hanno una cucina basic, ma molto utile. Abbiamo affittato due appartenenti, quello seminterrato aveva un po’ di odore di umidità e di chiuso. In generale a soddisfatto comunque le nostre aspettative.. Situato a pochi metri dal mare e dotato di una piscina e’ perfetto per le famiglie con bambini. In pochi km in macchia si arriva nella popolare Palma per poter visitare la splendida Cattedrale ed il Castello Medioevale o per fare shopping. Torneremo senz’altro.

Struttura carinissima, buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo, il paesino in cui è situato ha una bellissima spiaggia ed è ben collegato da bus. Se fate la prenotazione online e scegliete un orario diverso di check out, ricordate di chiedere conferma dell'accettazione quando sarete in struttura.
