ACHTUNG !!! GEHT DA NICHT HIN !!! Wir wurden gut behandelt aber nichtsdestotrotz: Katastrophale Hygiene, Schimmelige Zimmer, keine Sauberkeit, 90% der Gäste hatten erbrechen und Durchfall. Nochmal! FINGER WEG !!! ACHTUNG !!! Mit abstand das schlimmste was wir je hatten! EKELHAFT!

Schrecklich nie wieder.!!!!! Essen schlecht immer wieder das gleiche. Am Abendessen mussten wir unsere Getränke selber holen, an der Bar Schlange stehen,wegen Personalmangel!! Sowas erlebe ich zum erstmal in einem 5 Sterne Hotel.Reinigung der Zimmer eine Katastrophe nichts gemacht,ich habe Staub und Bad sauber gemacht. 1 Stern nur für Strand und Liegen,was mir sehr gut gefallen hat ,man durfte nicht die Liegen am frühen Morgen reservieren.Die Handtücher wurden von Personal eingesammelt wenn keiner da liegt. Ich habe mir in dem Hotel eine Infektion geholt.Rückflug nach Istanbul ging es mir im Flieger schlecht das ich bei Ankunft ins Krankenhaus musste mit hohem Fieber.

Super Service. Lage ist top, Zimmer sind top und vor allem die Mitarbeiter. Vom Manager bis hin zur Animation, den Veranstaltungen und die Shows. Also alles in allem sehr zufrieden egal in welcher Hinsicht. Und falls man ein Anliegen hat wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Ich würde jedem empfehlen, wenn Urlaub dann hier. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen👍👍👍👍

so schlechte war noch nie. Familien zimmer ist zu klein. Essen sehr schlecht und immer gleich war. in innere Beeich richt nach Katzen Urin, ich bin Alergiker und ich immer drausen gesas. Note 1 gebe ich für SPA, sehr qulifizierte Personal und Animation. Rest ist schlecht. Aufzuge muss repariert werden. Lobby auch große Risse auf Wände. 99% russische Gäste. Alle will mit dir auf russisch reden, warum?! Für familie nicht Empfählt

Sehr nettes Personal sehr Freundliche Leute Zimmer sind sehr sauber, kostenlose Mini Bar Das Essen ist super es gibt wirklich für jeden was. Der Pool ist schön groß immer sauber Der Strand ist sehr schön. Definitiv eine Empfehlung meinerseits

Ich bin in diesem Jahr schon, dass zweite mal hier. Ich denke das sagt schon alles. Es ist schon wie mein zweites Zuhause. Sehr nette Menschen an erster Stelle und das Essen ist so vielfältig und lecker. Die Anlage ist klein aber fein. Der Strand ist super groß sodass man immer freie Liegen findet. Besonders die Animation war sehr unterhaltsam. Tagsüber finden verschiedne Aktivität statt. Der Manager kümmert sich sehr um das organisatorische. Es ist hier im Großen und Ganzen sehr empfehlenswert.

Great vacation, great staff, clean and comfy. The proximity to the beach erased all the negatives that we felt during our stay at this hotel. I will start with the positives: 1. Clean and spacious room, cleaning staff entered every day to swipe the floors and change the towels, empty the garbage and fill the minibar; 2. Great food, diverse and a lot for every taste and served in 3 different areas; 3. Private beach nearby and always clean and ready for us in the morning. I saw a review regarding the fact that you needed to wake up very early to catch a spot at the beach, true but that is because of the guests and not the staff; 4. Even if the majority of the staff knew English at a Basic level or not at all, we felt good and treated right. The negative part was the lack of air conditioning in the main areas, hallways, reception, lobby. We are thinking to repeat the experience!

yes, it is true that everything is not clean and looks dirty, but for my understanding, the hotel is great. right now we are here in room 401 and if you are not petty then everything is great. as they say the food is bad. we are satisfied and never hungry. The stuff is super and they are happy to help you. maybe it's a small wi-fi problem, because it's slow, but it works anyway.
