"據當地華人介紹，坎伯當區域是房價低廉地區，當然安全程度也沒跟其他地方有什麼區別。我們因為要去悉尼大學，就在邊上，而且價格合適，所以在這裏住一晚。值得提醒的是這個酒店要求10點退房。床很軟，被子不是被套，是兩層床單折起來，當然不是他們特有的，後來在凱恩斯希爾頓也是這樣操作的。"

"1.The bed on one side,felt like it had a broken spring because it was like sinking into a bean bag. Not good. 2.The bathroom had a terrible smell coming from the drain in the shower,it was bad enough we had to call reception to come n try n sort it out,the staff did a quick fix,but it was not ideal,they did offer to move us to another room,but we had unpacked and settled in.we just opened a window and tried to get fresh air through the room. 3. The fire alarm went off for a short time and we were told to wait for further instructions,still waiting and we checked out yesterday lol. We tried to ring reception from our room to find out more about the situation,no answer. So we dialled out of our room and rang Rydges and got through to them that way. 4. The day of checkout,was anytime before 11am, at 9 am I was in bed,my partner was in the bathroom,the door opens,no knock to let us know someone was at the door,the cleaner just walked in and then starts apologizing when she notices me in bed,I was NOT HAPPY. 5.Went down to the buffet breakfast,they couldn't find us/ our name n room number and had to check with reception to confirm we were booked in & paying guests before we could be seated. My partner did enjoy his bacon & eggs breakfast,the yoghurt I had was rather bland. The staff were very helpful and respectful when we needed them to be and they did give us a free breakfast to compensate But the negatives make me question whether I'd stay there again The positives are the location ( which is great ) and the helpful staff who were friendly and polite,but they can only do so much in certain situations."

"Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut, der Verkehr ist bequem 100 m mit Bahnhof und Supermarkt, es gibt einen kleinen Kleidungsraum im Zimmer. Das Gepäck ist sehr bequem, es gibt auch einen Mikrowellenschrank, Rezeption Servicepersonal ist besonders enthusiastisch"

"I was lucky enough to have my room ready in advance, before 2PM and since my flight arrived early in the morning, that was really nice ! Cathy was also a wonderful person in general, throughout my stay. The room is pretty big, with a sink and a fridge. 👌🏻 The room I had is next to the common area however people weren't too loud, especially in the evening despite it roughly being the dinner time so that was nice. The area is very chill, a few schools and houses around so not loud at night. It is, however, situated on the planes' route and they are pretty low in the sky since it gets close to the airport. But there aren't any at night (around midnight until 6AM I would say) and it's not every 5 minutes either. The sun set pretty early at that time of the year and to me, I felt like the neighborhood lacked lights for people to walk around but it wasn't much of a bother and not something the lodge can change, so just a heads-up to have a small light/enough battery on the phone to use when coming back from your day trip activities."

"This hotel is in Newtown where you can enjoy sightseeing. In my opinion, it is very easy to travel from this hotel because there is a bus stop in front of it. Moreover, this hotel has a shuttle bus service which can drop you off at the airport. It’s very comfortable for me. I like it🫶🏼."

"Take note: All rooms named standard queen room are without windows regardless labelled with or without window. False advertisement on trip.com. Very clean and comfortable stay. Was attended by Julie when checking in, she was very helpful and was able to address our concerns about airport transfers and luggage storage. Water pressure was good too. The only downside is the centralized air conditioning which can’t be controlled or switched off. It was too cold in my room and too warm in my parents’ room. Location was good too, about 10-15 mins walk to central station."
