Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und vor dem Hotel ist große Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und neu eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war groß genug, es hatte sogar einen Haartrockner. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Am Abend liefen sie aus heißem Wasser für Dusche. Das WLAN im Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum von Campeche. Das Personal des Hotels war erstaunlich und extra hilfreich, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Zimmer sind groß mit komfortablen Betten, geräumigen Badezimmern und schöner Blick auf die kleine Calle das Hotel ist auf. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für alle, die Campeche erkunden. Touren sind im Hotel und in der Nähe leicht verfügbar. Sichere Parkplätze sind auch mit Ihrem Zimmer verfügbar.

Great location within the walls of the colonial city of Campeche. Our room was one floor above the lobby and this made it difficult to bring our luggage up without an elevator. The room was adequate with a stand alone closet and drawers for storage. Beds were decent. Our room overlooked Calle 12. The bathroom was tiny and dated. The shower cramped, awkward and dangerous entering or exiting as it is easy to slip on the wet floor. My travelling companion found the shower head to be too low. The most annoying aspect of our stay was the lack of privacy in that we could easily hear other guests' conversations, using their bathrooms, showers, etc. The hotel did include an American breakfast each morning in an adjacent dining room. The offering included three choices of cooked eggs, accompanied by white bread toast and choice of fruit of the day or orange juice. Orange juice is your best option. Of course, weak coffee was included with complimentary top up. The insult was asking for milk which cost an additional 20 pesos. Cheap in my opinion. My rating, a very dated 2 1/2 star tourist class hotel with its best advantage being location and off street parking (which we did not use). Service staff certainly tried their best and were happy to help which made our stay more bearable. There is also a small travel agency/tour office on site. We will stay elsewhere next time we visit the beautiful city of Campeche.

Muy buena ubicación, en el interior de la ciudad amurallada. Habitacion muy amplia con balcón y aire acondicionado. Gigantesca pantalla de televisión con usuario de Netflix. Dos amplias camas muy cómodas. Ofrecen pan dulce en la mañana y una fuente de agua mineral donde rellenar el bidón con agua fría a cualquier hora. Hay un pequeño patio con la típica pintura color albero de Campeche.

Wir kamen spät am Abend nach einer fünfstündigen Fahrt von Chetumal in Campeche und waren erschöpft. Wir hatten gute Bewertungen über das Holiday Inn gelesen, so dass wir eine Übernachtung aufhörten. Wir bezahlten am Frontbüro und gingen schlafen. Am nächsten Morgen sahen wir, dass wir $20.00 mehr gezahlt wurden als auf verschiedenen Hotelreservierungsstellen angezeigt wurden, so dass wir nach unten gingen und fragten sie, ob sie die Gebühren auf das, was auf den Websites war, senken würden, würden wir gerne eine andere Nacht bleiben. Sie weigerten sich. Dies stört uns ein bisschen, weil diese Hotels immer sagen, direkt durch sie zu buchen, um die beste Rate zu erhalten! Zu jedem Preis.. die Pluss: Großes Frühstück, sauberer Blick mit schöner Aussicht. Hilfsvolle Concierge und Bell Service. Wir haben uns in der historischen Gegend für die Hälfte des Preises auf eine schöne B&B begeben.
