The downstairs includes a full bathroom. The downstairs has an attached screened porch with easy access to the water. The backyard has a fence surrounding the yard. The house includes a new two slip covered dock with a swim platform outfitted with cleats. One covered slip with rubber matting and the swim platform with cleats are perfect for parking watercraft.
