This is the most uncomfortable booking experience I have ever experienced, I hope the others can read this and think about it before booking this place.
To check in, I need to pay a security deposit, NOT via the Trip application platform, but through their own link. I tried all my bank account from two different counties, even the PayPal, it doesn’t work.
So, 8pm on the street, I had to call their customer service for 4 times, trying to figure out a way to check in, but the customer service cannot help with anything. There is no reception of this place, everything needs to be fixed online, it is 100% not possible to check in without paying through their own payment method.
The conversation with the customer service is extremely unpleasant, very unprofessional and unpleasant attitude to call with. The answer is always NO, and in the end she can only shifting the responsibility to her manager. But is there a manager she can directly check about the situation? NO, she needs to email the manager about what is going on. I highly doubt if there is a manager to deal with situations like this.
The last phone call, the customer service suggested me to do the bank transfer by a UK bank account from my friend. But I got to know from my friend that the same thing happened to his friend before, even after paying the security deposit by bank transfer, the customer service insisted that they didn’t receive the deposit. So I wouldn’t risk sending money of my friend based on this untrustworthy experience, I even suspected that if this is a scam from them.
So in the end, I cannot enter the room, and I lost the money I paid already for two nights.

这家住所需要提供住宿押金,如押金支付不成功绝无可能check in。押金支付的方式并不从trip平台支付,而是从他们的私人渠道进行支付。中国的卡很难支付成功,他们会要求你用英国的卡给他们的账户进行转账。相似的情况在朋友处也曾发生,朋友给他们转账后客服坚称没有收到转账,无法check in入住。
这家住宿的客服态度极其不专业,不断踢皮球给经理,而联系经理则需要发送邮件,无法直接联系。
