Awesome Views Welcome to our awesome ocean view home in the Park Hill neighborhood of Cambria! This wonderful single-level home sits on a very quiet corner lot only two blocks from the beach. It’s one of the few single-story homes in the area that offers a hillside ocean view and no stairs inside, making the entire space easily accessible. This layout is especially ideal for guests seeking easier mobility, and it’s perfect for both couples and families looking to relax on the Central Coast. Recently repainted on the outside and featuring beautifully refurbished kitchen cabinets, the home offers a fresh, updated feel while maintaining its cozy coastal charm. The comfortable great room is a true highlight, with panoramic window views of the northern Cambria coastline. Step outside onto the deck where you can catch glimpses of Hearst Castle and the nearby lighthouse, or cozy up with a blanket on the outdoor chairs and soak in the salty air. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is well-stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking, and guests can enjoy both gas and charcoal barbecues just outside the dining area. The three bedrooms offer a California King, Queen, and dual Twin-size beds, each with quality mattresses for a restful stay. The master suite is thoughtfully placed on the opposite end of the home from the other bedrooms for added privacy.
