Hotel is filthy, bed was dirty , the draws had rubbish from previous occupant, cup had off milk in it ,no spoon for tea or coffee, bathroom was dirty and mouldy and had slugs and the heater didn't work either.it was nothing like the photos. I would never EVER stay at this hotel again .

Everything was filthy and broken, charged a parking fee and late check in fee, no warning. Mould in showers, dirt on the bedsheets, rubbish left in the bins and on the floors. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs!! You'll regret booking.

I use this hotel often for business and family routes through Cambridge. It is good hotel with good friendly staff that are always there to help you. The car parking is good and I have no trouble in getting and out of the hotel.

Basic hotel, needed it as a stopover before driving back to London. Friendly staff and good value for money, parking was easy and a big car park available so easy to use. Would use again in the future no problem.

As soon as we drove in, we wanted to turn straight back around, but knew would have to get evidence of the room being as bad as we expected it to be from the grim outside! We didn’t stay, smelt the damp as soon as you walked in! Checked straight back out! The room had an air of neglect & regret! Truly dismal! Wouldn’t let my dog sleep in there! I honestly don’t know how it’s got good reviews?! The pictures on the website are nothing like what we encountered!

I am honestly struggling to know where to start, this is by far and I mean a country mile not only the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in but if it was in a horror movie begging you not to go here it wouldn’t be powerful enough?? I won’t go into detail I just truly hope you take my judgment and run for the hills as fast as you can!!!! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!

Appears abandoned on arrival. I had to keep phoning to get the receptionist to appear When he turned up I was issued with a towel and a toilet roll and taken to the block. Doors open with a keypad (same as my shed) Felt like we were the only people staying who hadn't been trafficked. No facilities in room. Not even a bedside lamp. Kettle but no tea or coffee. Black mould in the bathroom. Empty shower gel bottle from previous inmate Beds cheap and nasty. Heater either way too hot or room freezing (and when on it kept popping and spitting) Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1

Absolutely disgusting, can’t believe that ********** actually allow this place to list under their site. On arrival hotel was in dark, shown to room and the hotel pictures on website are FAKE and do not show the actual rooms. Was shown a selection of rooms all of which were disgusting. Asked manager for refund which he put through his own account(!) when question he said, it was a ‘mistake’ and tried again. Refund didn’t process but said it would show in account within a couple of days. Money still not refunded 2 weeks later, ********** just fobbed us off. HOTEL IS A SCAM, DO NOT STAY HERE

Dirty, covered in mould and falling apart. The hotel has not been cleaned in a long time. I did not stay the night. I would have rather slept outside. Staff are abusive to guests. If you don't buy a parking space, they will fine you £100. Staff do not inform you of this.
