Ich wurde von Junna unterstützt, um unser Zimmer zu ändern, nachdem wir Farben und einen Schuhdruck auf den Decken entdeckt haben. Junna ging die zusätzlichen Meile und persönlich inspizierte das neue Zimmer, das wir zugewiesen werden, bevor wir uns die neue Schlüsselkarte gegeben. Dieses Niveau der Hygiene und Gastkomfort von einem Vorbüro Mitarbeiter ist heute sehr selten. Als wir am Abend zum Kaffee und Desserts gingen, genossen wir uns einen wunderbaren Service von Joseph und Lito. Sie waren sehr warm und erwarteten uns alle Bedürfnisse. Noch einmal, das ist etwas, das dieses Hotel glänzen lässt. Für das Frühstück genossen wir wieder einen tollen Service von Jonathan. Es gibt nur einen Nebenanschluss. Das Frühstücksbereich, das uns zugewiesen wurde, war eine kleine, feuchte und warme Veranda. Der Innendesigner dachte nicht, Fans oder Insektenbildschirmen in diesem Außenbereich zu setzen. Jonathan brachte den Mitarbeiterfans aus ihrem eigenen Bereich nur, um uns in der tropischen Wärme kühlen zu lassen. Personalinitiative ist wirklich da, aber Raumplanung fehlte. Glücklicherweise hatten wir Frühstück und checkten früh aus, weil diese Veranda nicht ein toller Ort wäre, wenn alle anderen Gäste zum Frühstück auftauchen. Ihr Team hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich erinnerebar gemacht. Ich hoffe, das Management hat ein gutes Talent-Retentionsprogramm, denn gute Hotels sind ein Dutzend in dieser Region und der beste Service ist ihr einziger realer USP.

The staff at the Robertson Hotel are wizards disguised as hospitality professionals. They possess an uncanny ability to make you feel like the most important person in the universe, all while effortlessly tending to your every whim. Forget about clairvoyants; these folks can predict your needs before you even realize you have them. It's like they attended Hogwarts School of Hospitality, and they graduated with top honors.

Während unseres Aufenthalts in Villa Caceres, seit es unser erstes Mal war, sind die Menschen im Front Office sehr hilfreich bei der Bereitstellung von Standorten und Hilfe, sowie die Hausbetreuung (die Gruppe der Hochmann hielt uns bei der Anpassung der Klimaanlage, Wir sind auch früher als die Eincheckzeit angekommen, aber sie haben uns gebucht (Rezeptionist namens Jen/Jean, denke ich). Ich habe am Morgen nur bemerkt, dass die Server nicht so aufmerksam auf ihre Gäste sind, obwohl es nicht beschäftigt war, einige Tische sind unbeachtet bleiben, obwohl die Auswahl ihrer Lebensmittel war schön. Ich hoffe, dass sie auf diese Rückmeldung aufmerksam machen. Dann war die Lage zugänglich für die Stadt, Märkte und Verkehr.

Das Hotel ist ein komfortables Bett. Und das ist ein Hotel mit einem komfortablen Bett und viele weiche Kissen. Im Lobby servieren sie einen willkommenen Getränk, der kalte Ginger Tee ist sehr frisch und sie bieten ein kaltes Handtuch, um Sie zu erfrischen. Im Zimmer haben sie auch frisches Brot, das ihren Gästen gegeben wird. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und unterkunftsfähig. Die Lage ist auch schön, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu essen.

When I arrived at the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by the hotel's staff, including the convivial security guard, who ensured the incoming guest was shaded with an umbrella. With some refreshments offered by the concierge and the on-duty managers, Mr. Dennis Serrano and Mr. Galang, thank you for making my six days stay so memorable and extraordinary. I was assisted by Miss Ariane swiftly in processing the accommodation and the different services the hotel can offer to their customers. While staying at Avenue Plaza Hotel, guests can access a 24-hour front desk, a concierge, and baggage storage. You can also enjoy a fitness center and complimentary breakfast. I am so grateful for meeting the hotel's staff members and extending their unwavering hospitality and pure dedication to their work in serving their guests and supporting them in pursuing excellence in assisting their visitors. Kudos to Mr. Sy, Rodel, Nel, et al. for preparing their guests' daily hearty and sumptuous breakfasts. The administrative staff, Jessica and Rosell, assisted us in preparation for the upcoming event of my mother's 80th birthday next year. If I have missed some names, my apology, and I will never forget your genuine service and dedication to serving your customers. Lastly, I will recommend the hotel to anybody I meet and interested in visiting Naga City! It's an accurate sample of excellent hospitality.
