Der Aufenthalt im City Bay Hotel hat mir wirklich gut gefallen. Das Personal war so nett und wirklich hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist einfach und sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Nächten braucht. Wenn Sie die ganze Gegend erkunden möchten, würde ich empfehlen, ein Motorrad zu mieten, denn ohne Motorrad ist es ziemlich schwierig, sich fortzubewegen oder Taxis zu finden. Ich würde dieses Hotel empfehlen!

We celebrated our anniversary holiday at ha long Bay. Stayed at Ramada hotel Suites by Wyndham Ha long Bay view for 6 days. Had an unforgettable anniversary. Special thanks to Ms. Hong, F & B manager. During our 6 days stay Provides a lot of information and services. Since I am a foreigner, I can't communicate with the staff. Ms. Hong's English is excellent. We are very fortunate to meet her. And Ms. Nga from Reception, very patient to solve the check-in problem .We like the swimming pool on the 31st floor very much. We also took a lot of sunset photos. As for the ** indoor swimming pool, we were a little disappointed. Because the jacuzzi in the pool is not working properly. Overall, I feel that staying at the Ramada hotel is very comfortable. It is a must for vacation Our enjoyment has exceeded the room price. Next time I come to Ha Long Bay, I will still choose Ramada hotel as my first choice. Finally, we would like to thank MR IT DUC for being patient and helping and repairing the TV countless times. At the same time, my wife would like to thank F & B Manager Ms. Huong served my wife a special breakfast.

Obwohl das Hotel offenbar gerade erst eröffnet wurde, fehlte es mir an nichts und ich war sehr zufrieden. Sauberes Interieur, leckeres Frühstück, frischer Saft Es verfügt über ein sauberes Zimmer, ein gutes Bett und viele Steckdosen, was das Aufladen sehr bequem macht. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Dank des Brillenträgers, der gut Englisch spricht, war mein Ausflug in die Halong-Bucht sehr angenehm. Es war wirklich das beste Hotel Ich empfehle jedem, dorthin zu gehen, bevor es später bekannter wird.

Excellent value for the money. The location is walking distance to some decent restaurants, Vincom mall, and Bai Tho Mountain. It is a 25-30 min taxi ride to Ha Long Bay. It is also a bit further off from some of the more touristy areas in the Bai Chay area, but there is no issue finding a taxi if you have an interest in wandering over to that area. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean enough. The only issue I had was the walls were a bit thin. I could clearly hear every step my upstairs neighbor took. However, I would choose to stay here again as it is very budget friendly while still providing a clean spot to rest.

We wanted a hotel instead of usual overnight cruise for flexibility at night. Best Western Sapphire Ha Long was one of the few hotels where we could preselect ocean view room instead of it being up to chance/luck. The hotel itself was stunning! The staff so thoughtful, helpful and courteous that really elevated the experience to something very special. The hotel and rooms are very luxurious! We chose the 2 br oceanview and all rooms had amazing views, with the lounge having a balcony along with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay. It was so lovely relaxing. We had a drizzly day but it was still so special. The official photos are exactly what you get and are honest in their representation. The buffet breakfast is enormous in variety! Full Western and Asian selections with salads, pastries, noodles, congee, juice and muesli, hot cooked buffets just to name a few. There was plenty with no sign of running out when we were there (Dec). The breakfast room was huge and elegant. Definitely worth adding it on to your stay! We were warned by others that the location is not convenient to main centre, which was good advice, as it is about 15 mins drive over the bridge. However it is not so isolated from other things and there were many restaurants and cafes around it and the walkways along the way stunning. We were kind of just wanting to chill when no on the cruise so this was perfect for us! I would definitely recommend and hope to return one day.

My kid really likes the family room with bunkbed as well as the blue kid club. The resort is new, clean and beautiful. all rooms facing fantastic bay view which nay btring us fresh ocean air. Super large balcony with stunning view will make you wow right away. The staff are friendly and professional. The food tastes really nice! Definitely come back soon!

Es handelt sich um ein recht kleines Hotel. Zimmer sind gut. Frühstück recht knapp und keine große Auswahl. Das Personal ist freundlich, jedoch sind keine Englischkenntnisse vorhanden. Organisatorische ( Ausflug, Weiterfahrt ) Fragen müssen telefonisch mit dem Besitzer geklärt werden Es funktionierte gut. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und die Markthalle. Leicht zu erreichen ist die Seilbahn mit dem Vergnügungspark. Das Hafenterminal ist in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
