Definitely not 4 star. We agree with the previous comments. Not enough staff. Mediocre food. Not enough lifts. Not enough regard for those with mobility problems though states this as offered. Positive constructive comments were given whilst there without any response from Tui or hotel. The shower over the half bath means showering very difficult and possibly a health hazard. Ragged towels, minimal shower/hand gels which were impossible to squeeze out of dispensers and gave no lather whatsoever. Queueing for everything at busy times the norm. Drinks all local but poor quality. Staff obviously too stressed to be pleasant. (There were exceptions). Great location. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. We would never go to a Gonzales group hotel again.

Very disappointed with this hotel, it is definitely not a 4*hotel. I think TUI needs to step up if they want to promote this hotel as 4* I have stayed in many TUI hotels and have enjoyed the experience but this is not one of them. The reps were not helpful as when approached them about beds they said “ it is what it is, as there were always a chair by the bar.”The room was very small and balcony tiny. €35 charge for the safe a week was expensive I think. The shower/bath is so dated and dirty. The pool area was over crowded and packed in like sardines. There is not enough beds for the amount of guests staying at the hotel. I stayed for a week and not once managed to get a bed by the pool. Was sent to the decking area and on two occasions no beds were available either. As no lift available for those who were not able to climb the stairs it was not accessible for them. This area was disgusting. The beds had no mattress and very uncomfortable, if you were lucky to get a mattress and taken it up it were removed. The beds were dirty and damaged. The parasol was ripped and dirty. I don’t think the decking was ever cleaned as it was filthy. The pool bar was a joke with everyone, the staff were rude and had no personal service I know it was busy at times but no excuse as drinks were thrown at you. Evening bar service not much better as most of the time it was 20 deep as only 2 staff members on duty. Meal times were not a good experience either. Choice of meals very difficult to understand as labels hard to follow and didn’t match the food. chairs hard and uncomfortable. All inclusive didn’t mean all inclusive as the choice of drinks were very limited. The one only thing good about this hotel is the view from the bedroom. I will definitely not be come back to this hotel again.

Another fantastic stay, Very pleased again with this hotel...1stAnniversary We really enjoyed the food again... Lots of choices, high quality & great service. The entertainment staff did a brilliant job of getting the guests involved with the games... Both Dana and Alex were fun, full of energy and went above and beyond to make everyone's holiday memorable... A big thanks to you guys Guys, staff here are some of the most pleasant & efficient you could want on holiday, if you just take the time to say hi & converse... This is a Tui hotel during peak season and 99% filled with brits.. It was embarrassing to watch some people's attitude & lack of manners towards some staff... If You want pleasantries & good service remember it works both ways !! Previous feedback This was our first time to Majorca... We came here for our honeymoon it was nothing short of fantastic... We were staying in 218 and the room was ready at 11am when we arrived... Lovely vista looking out across the sea and beach from the balcony We had a twin room, ample space enough for me and my wife, plenty of storage space and a low, pool facing room (like we asked for)...It was very clean the safe is 5 euros a day which I think is too high, maybe a small set price for the total stay would be fairer. All the staff have been very courteous and friendly and willing to help with questions in English and my poor attempt at spanish The bar staff are plentifully on both the outside (daytime till 6pm) and indoor (after 6pm) bars, they are very quick to serve, Yes the cocktails are pre mixed but you only have to ask for it strong and they will put in extra spirits.. @No charge If a Long line forms it's gone in a very short time… We timed it and it took just under a minute to serve 6 people to 2 drinks each !! The extended dining hall is filled with lots of staff busy clearing the tables, serving hot grilled items & filling the buffet areas They are very professionally dressed and all do a really fantastic job. The reception staff have been really helpful & got us all processed very quickly, They are very friendly & happy to help with questions ect... The snack bar is all inclusive & does a big range of freshly cooked to order items, You can taste & feel the quality of the burgers, hot dogs, onion rings, & many more tasty food items "Ehusabion" did a great job for us everyday. A Selection of cakes and ice-creams are also available from the snack back Inc'd in the all inclusive. Cold Filtered Water is readily available from the bars and in the dining hall for all inclusive guests and tastes better than the none branded one we got from the shop !! Amazing location beautiful beaches Hotel is very clean All inclusive food is a really good standard for this package holiday - no complaints at all Staff friendly Adult only so quieter 10 min walk to Magaluf if you want to party Plenty of close restaurant and bars if your not all Inc Will definitely come back

Definitely recommend this hotel for a one week break. The location is perfect. Right on the beach with a lovely pool overlooking the beach. Adults only, which is a bonus! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Nearly all bathrooms have a shower over the bath, so that might be a small problem if mobility is an issue. It's just something to be aware of. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is a little variable, but there is always an excellent selection, and you're sure to find something you like. Already booked to come back in October!
