Quiet villa in a scrubland, wonderful sea view, near the town and the beaches

The villa is simple and functional; it consists of a large living room with a television, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave), 3 bedrooms (two 140 cm beds and two 80 cm beds), 1 shower room, 1 WC; there is also 1 adjoined studio flat with a living area (1 double bed) and a terrace facing the sea. The house is perfect for a large family; the parents could be accommodated in the studio flat. By the terrace facing the sea, there is a large garden with pine trees and cactus from which you can see the Revelatta peninsula. There are hammocks and sun loungers between the pine trees: it is the perfect place for a nap in a natural setting. The terrace facing the mountain is fitted out with a table and a flap under which you can have a drink, eat dinner, or entertain yourself during the day. It is possible to easily park 3 cars inside the property where they will be safe and will not disturb the other inhabitants.
