The upper level is completely renovated, featuring a new kitchen, bath, and two bedrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living areas offer breathtaking panoramic views of the water. A wood stove and firewood are provided for the cooler months. The lower level allows families and friends to spread out, featuring a Foosball table and a large leather sectional with a smart TV. A wet bar with a beverage fridge leads you to the shaded patio, featuring a teak dining table and an outdoor shower. The lower level also has a bedroom with a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The bathroom has also been fully renovated with a walk-in shower. The home is located in a quiet, family-focused neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am while outside; noise travels over the water for very far distances.
