"Unser 4. Aufenthalt hier im Astrotel Monument ist wahrscheinlich der schlimmste Aufenthalt. Es gibt so viele zerbrochene Dinge zuerst ist der TV, zweite ist der Fächer, und schließlich das Zimmer, das wir haben (das ist Zimmer 616) hat keine Bidet. Was den Service anbelangt, weiß ich nicht, ob es nur der Tag ist, an dem wir reserviert haben, aber wir haben harte Zeit, um einen Service zu bitten. Sobald wir ins Zimmer kommen, rufen wir uns sofort um eine Erweiterungsschnur an, und wir haben nicht einen. Es bestellte etwas und es dauerte so lange, bis es empfangen wurde."
