Will sleep 7 with 2 on the futon, 1 or two children on the day bed, and 2 on each of the queen beds in each bedroom. Large open floor plan. House has approx 2,800 sq ft.. Central A/C. Large Kitchen area will seat 8 with the island. Table has 4 seats and Island has 4. Open to living room. Upgraded kitchen and outdoor enclosed porch! Professionally decorated !
Deck has a nice view of Lake, as does the sun room screened in porch with fireplace . It sits on a dead end street private large lot. Each room (not bedroom) has access to outside decks. Only 10 minutes form Murray and 20 minutes from the lake. Great for a weekend stay or long term.
Enjoy the peaceful outdoors with a warm cup of coffee on our outdoor patio, watch the fireflies, or spend some downtime in our cozy but large studio style home with a nice reading nook and a large enough couch for 5 to relax. There's a king size bed in the bedroom, room for a guest or two to sleep on the couch and plenty of floor space to bring some blow up mattresses.
Our home is located in a nice neighborhood about 20 minutes from the lake and 10 from Murray, KY.
Our yard and home is very peaceful but it is not a cabin in the middle of nowhere, we do have neighbors. Our nearest neighbors are roughly 75 yards away but share a driveway.
