HORRIBLE! BEWARE! The worst customer service and disrespect for customers with terrible accommodations. I don't even know where to begin with this nightmare of a hotel. This review could go on for pages with all the things that went wrong. I stayed there 7 nights on business. I did not select the hotel. The group that was hosting the training had pre-paid for the group. I should have know from check-in this would be a nightmare. We had reserved months ago and were clear we needed a king bed. When we arrived, the young girl at the desk said there was no king bed. She didn't even attempt to try and help us. An older woman worker heard us discussing the issue and told the young girl it was possible. She then told her how to move things around. This was the beginning of a long line of lazy workers who have NO TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. The breakfast in the morning was exactly the same every morning and it was less than appetizing. Breakfast was till 930 every morning. I arrived at 840am on two occasions and they were basically out of food and refused to bring more. The rooms were clean. I will give them that. But the beds were hard. They provide no basic, complementary toiletries. The outlet in the bathroom was broken and when I called for maintenance the worker said the outlet was on order and could only give me an extension cord. There was one towel on one day and when I called for another towel the young girl at the front desk gave me a hard time about getting another towel. And the supplies at the hotel were low. There were only a few irons at the hotel. We had trouble getting one. We finally got one and then the next morning we were woken up at 530am to get the iron back because another guest needed it. WHO DOES THAT!! The pool was closed almost the entire time we were there. There was a lounge area/work area by the pool but every time I went to go work there, the employees were there eating and relaxing as if it was an employee lounge. This is clearly a management issue with the hotel and a lack of training for what are mostly very young employees. The worst night was our last night. We arrived from an excursion to find loud music at the hotel and many drunk and rowdy people coming in and out the hotel. When we asked when the event would be over they said 2am. Our room was on the 5th floor right below the party area and we got no sleep with the live band, dancing, and noise. Many of us complained and they said it was the hotel owners party and there was nothing they could do. Can you believe that?!! The hotel owner was inconveniencing his own guests for his personal pleasure. Clearly, the issues with this hotel start from the top with a lack of care and concern for guest and their comfort and safety. In all fairness, I will give a few pros. The hotel is in a decent location (though it can be very noisy if there is a game as it is right across the street from the soccer
