Die Westley ist eine sehr saubere und coole Atmosphäre im Zentrum der Stadt. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig. Parkplatz ist unterirdisch für einen Gehalt von $40 verfügbar. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wird sicherlich in Zukunft wieder bleiben.

Die Hotelausstattung mit Haartrockner, Heizungsversorgung usw. ist sehr vollständig und die Serviceeinstellung ist auch sehr gut! Es gibt auch kostenloses Obst und Limonade an der Rezeption für die Gäste, was eine nette Geste ist! Das Hotel bestellte Essen zum Mitnehmen.

Ich habe seit vielen Jahren im Westin verbleibt und genießen Sie die Lage und Reinigkeit. Wenn Sie Trip verwenden, können Sie kostenloses Frühstück, das sonst sehr teuer ist. Und natürlich, Westin Himmelsbetten! Und ein Selbstpark, der schöner ist als ein Väter.

Show that you care! The hotel is new, beautiful and well located. The breakfast room is impressive with its size, tall ceilings, views and terrace. The breakfast itself is great with its variety, including waffles and a delicious South Asian(?) vegetable stew each day. The suites are large and well equipped, and the bed comfortable. Now if only the staff could treat customers a bit better. We paid $30 for underground parking, which was important to us because we got an upgraded rental car and were liable for it. On the second day, the garage was completely full, with more cars entering the garage - thanks to a broken capacity indicator that permanently shows 208 spaces. Staff basically blamed it on the fact that the garage is a private facility unrelated to the hotel. They sent us to two nearby surface lots. One was only available till 8:00 at a cost of $22.52. The second one was a dirt field. 1. I don’t care whose lot it is. You sold me access to it at an extortionate price and did not mention any other options, implicitly endorsing it. 2. Don’t sell more spaces than you have, especially at that price. 3. Know and explain options. Don’t direct your customers to a lot that only sells space till 8:00 for over 3 times the price as the next lot. You are wasting my time. Then at 4:00 am, we were woken up by a loud motor noise coming from the fridge. We had to move it and unplug it (it’s a full size fridge, not a hotel fridge). The clerk’s reaction? “Sorry about that, I’ll tell maintenance.” We had one night parking taken off the bill. No consideration for the hassle both from the parking and the fridge. You can do better. Better policies, better communication and a bit more generosity. Overall, not a good experience.

This location is so perfect if you want to walk around the streets of Calgary. My room was a standard King it was the best experience I’ve ever had. They just had a moment of tech issues when it comes to claiming my breakfast voucher, but aside from that, the staff were so nice, they kept the room clean, the amenities were so worth it.

The hotel was a great choice. It is close to the airport and the fairly close to the downtown. The room is wide and includes amenities as described when booking. The bathroom is wide too. Cleaning is done on a daily basis, if requested. We tried the breakfast and would preferred if it included a wider variety of options (cheese options for example, olive, vegetables as cucumber and tomatoes).

Tolles Hotel! Super bequem, sauber und neu. 15 Minuten Fahrt zum Flughafen Calgary, unter 100 $ pro Nacht für 2 Queensize-Betten im 8. Stock mit freiem Ausblick. Der einzige nicht ganz zufriedenstellende Teil war der Check-in-Prozess – ziemlich mühsam, einen Papierausweis und eine Papierkreditkarte mit dem Namen vorlegen zu müssen, der mit dem Ausweis übereinstimmt (Debitkarte wird nicht akzeptiert) für Nebenkosten. Es wäre besser, wenn sie die Karte verwenden könnten, mit der das Hotelzimmer im Voraus bezahlt wurde.
