The location is good but they’re amenities not full. So I didn't choose 5. But except this its good

Show that you care! The hotel is new, beautiful and well located. The breakfast room is impressive with its size, tall ceilings, views and terrace. The breakfast itself is great with its variety, including waffles and a delicious South Asian(?) vegetable stew each day. The suites are large and well equipped, and the bed comfortable. Now if only the staff could treat customers a bit better. We paid $30 for underground parking, which was important to us because we got an upgraded rental car and were liable for it. On the second day, the garage was completely full, with more cars entering the garage - thanks to a broken capacity indicator that permanently shows 208 spaces. Staff basically blamed it on the fact that the garage is a private facility unrelated to the hotel. They sent us to two nearby surface lots. One was only available till 8:00 at a cost of $22.52. The second one was a dirt field. 1. I don’t care whose lot it is. You sold me access to it at an extortionate price and did not mention any other options, implicitly endorsing it. 2. Don’t sell more spaces than you have, especially at that price. 3. Know and explain options. Don’t direct your customers to a lot that only sells space till 8:00 for over 3 times the price as the next lot. You are wasting my time. Then at 4:00 am, we were woken up by a loud motor noise coming from the fridge. We had to move it and unplug it (it’s a full size fridge, not a hotel fridge). The clerk’s reaction? “Sorry about that, I’ll tell maintenance.” We had one night parking taken off the bill. No consideration for the hassle both from the parking and the fridge. You can do better. Better policies, better communication and a bit more generosity. Overall, not a good experience.

This location is so perfect if you want to walk around the streets of Calgary. My room was a standard King it was the best experience I’ve ever had. They just had a moment of tech issues when it comes to claiming my breakfast voucher, but aside from that, the staff were so nice, they kept the room clean, the amenities were so worth it.

Die Hotelausstattung mit Haartrockner, Heizungsversorgung usw. ist sehr vollständig und die Serviceeinstellung ist auch sehr gut! Es gibt auch kostenloses Obst und Limonade an der Rezeption für die Gäste, was eine nette Geste ist! Das Hotel bestellte Essen zum Mitnehmen.

Die Westley ist eine sehr saubere und coole Atmosphäre im Zentrum der Stadt. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig. Parkplatz ist unterirdisch für einen Gehalt von $40 verfügbar. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wird sicherlich in Zukunft wieder bleiben.

The hotel was a great choice. It is close to the airport and the fairly close to the downtown. The room is wide and includes amenities as described when booking. The bathroom is wide too. Cleaning is done on a daily basis, if requested. We tried the breakfast and would preferred if it included a wider variety of options (cheese options for example, olive, vegetables as cucumber and tomatoes).

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze. Aufgrund von Straßenreparaturen in der Nähe dauert es nachts ein paar Runden, um das Hotel zu finden.

We stayed just one night, but we were very pleased with everything. Location is very convenient to everywhere. The staff was very friendly and very eager to help. Everywhere we walked to in the hotel it was very clean, and we'll maintained. We ate dinner and in the morning breakfast both were very satisfying. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks to everyone.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und hatte eine perfekte Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens und auch des Hauses meiner Schwester. Es gab einige Verwirrung hinsichtlich der Informationen, die man mir am Telefon gegeben hatte. Als ich ankam, gab es einige Probleme, die geklärt werden mussten, aber am Ende checkten wir ein und machten es uns gleich bequem. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren ein toller Bonus. Das Personal war respektvoll und freundlich. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Shuttlebus fährt alle 30 Minuten, was praktisch war. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber nicht schlecht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel.
