Incredibly smooth check in process! Hotel staff were very accommodating if showing us around to the pool and gym. Would stay again!

位置很好，在劇院旁邊，走到市中心的malls也衹要十五分鐘。
進大樓需要刷房卡，安全係數很高。房間很大很舒服，廚房設備齊全，服務響應也很完備。有點可惜床單被套沒更換。

Very nice clean spacious rooms. Great continental breakfast. Wonderful staff. Close walking distance to Saddledome. Only thing that was not great was the amount of homeless on the street. At breakfast looking out the big windows we could see lots of drug activity happening.

Hotel was excellent and the location to were I needed to be was perfect , they I guess like everywhere the homeless is a problem walking over someone tripping out to get into the Tim’s

This was one of the worst place I ever stayed... with such a high priced room, no slippers, no bathrobes, no toothbrushes, no hair brush nor corm, no such "usual" amenities are supplied, even upon request. I had to go find a shop to buy those, for some I could not find any place to buy one during the entire stay. The air-con was broken and keeping the room so cold and dusty I have almost couldn't sleep at all. The room top fan was also in the work, no switch to stop the fan that scattering the dusty cold air all around the room. Very unpleasant stay, and also they did not apply the beneficial rate which I would have been able to utilize, and put me to the horrible room for a week. The surrounding area is flooded with spooky (drag?) people, not safe.

Pros: Location is very good. Many interesting places are within walkable distance. It is very quiet inside the hotel room. Service is very fast. Cons: Parking costs extra fee and it is difficult to park in front of the building. TV is quite old, not smart TV so Netflix or Disney is inaccessible. Free wifi inside hotel requires name, telephone number and address to access.

they were completely unprepared for all their bookings for Country Thunder weekend. requested an early check in, which i understand they can only do if able, but shouldn't have been an issue on a Friday. check in was to be 3pm and we didn't get access to our room until 4pm. many others in the same position. no lounge or restaurant area open at that time to accommodate waiting. parking is also a nightmare.

The hotel itself was great, friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms and beds were perfect.The only unpleasant situation was the presence of too many homeless community around the hotel, some **********. That was uncomfortable for us we did not feel safe to walk around. Because of the location we would not go back.
