I come to this hotel every year upon arriving in Calgary and before leaving and will continue to do so as long as the existing conditions remain the same.  You arrive to be checked in efficiently and in a friendly manner. Your room is big and both the bedroom and bathroom are immaculately clean, as well as tastefully decorated. The beds are big and super comfy. There is a coffee/drink machine, fridge and microwave and good wifi. The hotel has a pool and gym should you want to use either. Breakfast is also included. Breakfast could be slightly better, but you should be able to find something suitable for you. AND You get all of this for a bargain price!  It’s very hard to beat!

The hotel is a standard one for the price with good facilities and excellent customer service. I will always use the hotel.

It was a great experience that I have enjoyed. Staff was really. Breakfast was good and appetizing.

深夜にカルガリー国際空港について、ホテルのシャトルバス送迎に電話しましたが、対応してくれませんでした。ホテルの中のレンタカー？がある感じだったけれど、レンタルできませんでした。

為了第二天離機場近一點選了這個酒店，除了免費接送機服務外都不好，空調很嘈，冰箱起動製冷很嘈，整晚沒睡，早餐很差

整個卡城的旅程最推介這間酒店，對於我們晨早往機場登機是最大賣點。酒店職員Chan親切有禮，為我們安排携走早餐包及早晨鬧鐘來電，又介紹用餐地點，這個員工令我們對酒店服務留下深刻印象。 房間舒適度高，設施到位，除電視用不到外，深感愉快。 我們亦喜歡泳池，按摩池有温水，帶來更舒適的氣氛。
