Pet Friendly MIL Suite, Caldwell, ID. Private Hot Tub/Pool in Beautiful Backyard

This mother-in-law suite is the perfect home away from home! We charge minimal cleaning fees and no pet fees because nothing is more frustrating than thinking you've found a great rate only to have the price go up by hundreds of dollars when you go to book. Please help us keep it that way by being respectful of the space and cleaning up after yourself and your pet(s). Read on for a description of the property and extra services we offer! Located in Caldwell just 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the College of Idaho, and 15 minutes from the Snake River Valley Wine Region, you won't be short of things to do in the area. However, if you're more of a relax and unwind person, the suite itself is also perfect for you. The bathroom features a two person soaker tub/shower combo and marble vanity. In the living area*, you will find a flat screen TV, a comfy couch with a chaise lounge and recliner that faces a cozy electric fireplace, and a cute kitchenette** equipped with fridge, microwave, small slow cooker, coffee maker, blender, and griddle. The bedroom offers a soft king-sized bed, black out curtains, two large closets, and a patio door that exits directly onto a private deck beside the private pool*** and hot tub. While we (the owners) reside in the main house attached to the suite, the separate entrance makes sure you still have privacy. We have set up this Suite so that you and a few friends can stay all together, however, we do recommend this property for couples or families with smaller kids (because what kid doesn't want to sleep on an air mattress in front of a TV?) due to the limited space available. Just because you CAN fit 8 people in the Suite doesn't mean it's the perfect set up. Read on for more amenities! People amenities (fees apply): flexible check-in and check-out times, laundry service, and ride service. Amenities are subject to availability. We do our best to work with your schedule and needs, and if you'd like to use any of these extra services, we will coordinate after you book! Pet amenities (no fees): cat box with litter available in the living area. Dog door to large back yard available in the bedroom. Please take care with your pets around the pool! *A queen-sized blow-up mattress can be set up in the living area for extra sleeping arrangements **Please note a kitchenette is NOT a fully equipped kitchen.
