I have stayed here every time I come to Luling, the service is always very respectful, hotel very clean and food is always fresh. Sunday 6/7 we were in line to check in and a lady was being very rude and obnoxious yelling and swearing at the poor lady on counter about internet when we knew that the towers were down all day! She just kept going on and on the poor girl kept her cool which I would have called the cops as soon as she started cussing and yelling!

Leticia is yet the friendliest .She is always making sure every guest is happy. Her customer service is great.Breakfast is always nice and hot . I recommend this hotel it is great overall.I look foward to return to this area . The Pool is Also such a nice area to relax .
