We only had one night in Goa but this hotel made us feel welcomed from the start. They are right on the beach so the location is perfect Their service was all you need. We could easily walk to markets or the beach restaurants in minutes. The breakfast was also delicious and they made anything extra you desired and allowed us a late check out. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This place has the best location. Indeed it is seafront and you can see the beach from your room. Other hotels write beachfront but here you come out of the property and you see the beach and from upper rooms, you can see from your room itself. The breakfast is full spread (south Indian, North Indian, and western), and nice experience to have coffee overlooking beach. We had some unpleasant experiences by other hotel and at midnight and owner Mr. Philips helped us to book this place over phone and saved my family. People write about rooms being bit small but don't overthink as it is still the best, neat and clean room. You may skip lunch and dinner and have it outside but breakfast is the best thing. We will come again and book sea-facing rooms (that were all booked when we visited this place). Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable.

Amazing hospitality by Mr.Philip and Denzil. The manager Philip helped us way and beyond on our trip we can say. Be activities,food spots, transportation etc...solution was ready at hand! The room service provided by the staff was commendable and well managed. Food at the restaurant was really nice and we were talking about it later in our convo- simple,neat and yum❤️ The rooms are good too. Everything was well arranged Thankyou Team Royale Exoctica

It is one of the best place to stay in Goa It has family like atmosphere All staff members are very courteous Mr Phillips is very gentle *** and understands your concerns Very delicious food is served Location is fantastic It is just 50 mts from sea shore You can have 180 degrees view from its terrace

This hotel is perfect destination for spending family time with mesmerizing see view. Kudos to Mr Philip and the hotel staff. They have been super co operative as we had old age people and well as toddler. Totally appreciate their hospitality.

This hotel is amazing in too many ways. Location, amenities and cleanliness with top class fittings. It starts from the GM Philip who is polite, soft spoken and obviously a hotel professional with an eye for detail. The cleaning crew, indoor cafe staff are all polite, welcoming and cooperative. 5-6 rooms face the beach directly with large sliding glass private balconies. Breakfast buffet included is very sumptious served in the beach facing cafe. Gleaming glass elevator in the lobby. Really enjoyed our 5 nights in this top class hotel with reasonable rates. We will be sending our friends here and revisit in the near future. Rooms: Very comfy room, private balcony, wonderful rain shower, natural light

service oriented staff with very friendly behaviour. Rooms were very good with a nice balcony. Most importantly on the hygiene perspective, washrooms and the whole place was neat and clean. Big shout out to as to how beautiful the interiors of the rooms on were.

The room was spacious, clean and well kept and excellent service offered by staff. Room had sea view and the view from balcony was superb. The property had beach access at a walkable distance. Overall very good experience staying here. All assistance and advice on sightseeing was provided by Philip who deserves a special mention.

Hii.I was visit to this hotel in January Hotel was very good , here cleaning was very good.Room was very nice .it's situated near Calangute Beach walkable distance.they have sea facing room ..staff is very good . specialy Jagannath Sethy who work as HK supervisor .he was very nice person .he take care us properly He managed all thinks . He guide us how to make our trip memorable all friends enjoy our trip . thanks to Jagannath Bhai for everything.we all visit next time in ur hotel
