"The receptionist was cold and expressionless and reminded me of an immigration official. We had to labor through her lack of English to get information we needed. She omitted to inform us about the swimming pool nor provided us with a WIFI password. She barely looked up as we checked out. No tea of coffee making was provided in the room. The dark breakfast area resembled a room from Dracula's castle. To add to it, the breakfast staff were dressed in black! We had some problems with the room heating but this was promptly fixed. Not a single soul in this establishment could speak a word of English."

"Das Hotel ist ein Businesshotel. Es hat also nur von Montag bis Donnerstag geöffnet. Ich war an einem Samstag dort. Ich kam um 21:15 Uhr an und das Restaurant war geschlossen. Es gab keinerlei Möglichkeiten, etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Man hatte keinerlei Verständnis dafür, dass ich etwas von außerhalb bestellen wollte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war unmöglich – null Verständnis dafür, dass ich hungrig ankam. Und dann gab es im Zimmer nicht einmal Wasser, und die Minibar war leer. Ich war schon drei- oder viermal dort, aber es wird jedes Mal schlimmer. Die Teppiche sehen vernachlässigt aus (nicht gereinigt). Morgens beim Frühstück waren die Eier aus, und es dauerte etwa fünfzehn Minuten, bis sie wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Weitere Mängel: Die Dusche war rutschig (keine Dichtungsgummis); es gab nicht genügend Haken; auf dem Schreibtisch lag nicht einmal ein Blatt Papier, ein Stift, nichts. Kurz gesagt: Ich komme nie wieder."
