The hotel is not clean. The number of staff is very insufficient; you have to carry all your luggage yourself in corridors that are tens of meters long or on floors that are several stories high. One towel for two people, and it is so rotten that it tears in half while using it. They can't even find a taxi to take you to the airport across the street in time. The hot water in the bathroom is very poor. You have to wait under the shower for minutes to rinse off the shampoo. There is not a single English speaking staff. Especially if you bought it online, your room is on the first (ground) floor and in a very bad location. The staff (and that's only at the reception) treats the customers very badly, they are indifferent. I think websites should not reduce their own prestige by marketing this hotel.
