Playa Ferrera

We stayed here in a one bed apartment for two weeks, it’s our second time staying here and we love this place . Everything is kept clean and tidy there is always maintenance men around cleaning etc; your room gets cleaned every other day and the cleaning ladies are very nice and do a good job . There are supermarkets close by and the beach is close by too, the hotel can get u a taxi anytime if you wish to go further , I myself have walking difficulties and it was no problem in getting a taxi . We also hired a car and drove around the island , the mountains are beautiful and there lots of towns like soller and valdemossa which are beautiful . The food was good, there’s alway a selection so everyone can find something they can eat , the reception and hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant 5 stars from us xxx hopefully we will return again soon xx Isabel p.s we loved the chickens lol

We stayed as a couple in a 1 bedroom apartment but originally it was going to be 4 adults. This was sold to us from a travel operator and was definitely not suitable for 4 adults as it is not a sofa bed and more of an L shape sofa! Great shows on Thursdays and Mondays - blues band was fantastic. Also there was a lovely man in reception who took us to our room and he was so friendly and ready to help. Pool was fine, chickens didn’t bother us! The beds however are quite uncomfortable as they are on wheels and move very easily. Great shower facilities and spar nearby is 5% discount with the hotel :)

Just about to leave here not had a decent sleep, the Cockerells go all night and day, tons of chickens which means there so much chicken crap everywhere, staff feed them so they won't ever leave, cleaners came to clean our room didn't change the bed I had cut my leg and bled on the bed cleaners just made the bed, swimming pools are tiny and the photos are misleading, pool side pool can only fit one person to do lengths, the other one is a kids pool, told pool side bar do food till 11 came at 10.45 for pizza and they don't do them, the rooms are thin you can hear everything other than that rooms are OK, staff can be quite rude aswell, pool side bar is mainly full of locals which means u get ignored for drinks won't be staying again and leseon learnt it was a cheap deal for a reason

We arrived late at night due to flight delays etc. Gentleman at reception helped us all with our bags to our apartments. Apartments were lovely. We had 2 one bed apartments and a two bedroom one. The kitchens are well equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, 2 ring stove and plenty of plates cups etc. Pools are great and very well kept as are all the outside areas. The ladies that clean the apartments do an amazing job . The staff at reception, at the bars and restaurants could not be more welcoming. Food is gorgeous as are the cocktails. There are a number of supermarkets within a 7 minute walk and the beach is 8 minutes. Its a short walk into Cala D'or centre. I could not fault anything here and both the service, amenities and value when compared to the more expensive hotels etc is phenomenal!! Oh and the beds were the most comfy any of us had slept on ! We will be returning!! 5/5!!

Spent a week here in mid October 2022. Lovely week, room clean and modern. Looked like recent refurb. Some of the apartments were in the basement and lacked natural light. Unusual layout spread over a number of apartment blocks but quite quaint. Staff friendly and helpful. Cleaning service good and well stocked kitchenette. Great size fridge and hob for cooking. Hairdryer in bathroom and excellent shower. Probably wouldn’t go back but did enjoy our week. Easy access to a number of beaches, shops, restaurants and bus service.

Superb apartments - finished to a high standard and cleaned regularly. Convivial and personable staff throughout - reception, restaurant, poolside. Comfortable beds and decent air-conditioning Beautifully clean and safe pool (with lifeguard) for the whole family. Quiet street and surrounding area which meant a good night sleep was had by all. Restaurant served quality food at reasonable prices. No complaints whatsoever. Will be back next summer Highly recommended Enjoy :-)
