Dann gingen wir zum Pool und sie hatten keine Handtücher, ich fragte den Kerl, ob er verantwortlich war, er sagte, ich werde einige bringen, er kam nie wieder mit meinen Kindern im Pool, ich nahm sie mit mir, ich ging nach jemandem suchen, um uns Handtücher zu bringen. Zu Beginn geben sie uns ein Zimmer, das voll Feuchtigkeit riecht, muss ich sie bitten, das Zimmer zu ändern. Alles war in Ordnung. Aber ich werde nie wieder gehen."

"Ein sehr schöner und gut gelegener Ort, in der Nähe der Inka Bads. Das Zimmer war ungeschützt, die Aufmerksamkeit war von erster Stelle und das Personal war aufgrund seiner freundlichen und Detail Aufmerksamkeit hervorgehoben. Der Pool mit heißem Wasser bis spät in der Nacht ist perfekt nach einem langen Tag. Alles war großartig!!!"

"We booked 2 rooms and stayed 3 nights. There were 3 of us traveling. This beautiful hotel looks and smells brand new and modern. The service and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I felt completely safe. The breakfast on the rooftop daily was such an incredible experience with a gorgeous, panoramic view of the city and surrounding mountains. A light but satisfying breakfast was made fresh daily with tea, coffee, juice, scrambled eggs and rolls. A perfect way to begin each day. The overall feeling was like staying at a bed and breakfast hotel. There's also a cute boutique attached to the building on the ground floor of high end women's clothing that I enjoyed shopping. Important to note that there are only stairs to the different levels with no elevator. I love and prefer stairs but just in case you don't. The location is central in the city with quick access to taxis, shopping and everything we needed. Thank you for being so accommodating and for a wonderful stay in Cajamarca!"
