I consider this hotel is my home in cairo. The no.1 for all the 3 i stayed in cairo. The hotel is very near Tahrir Square, food shops, fast food, coffee shops nearby. Even I travelled other cities of Egypt i keep coming back here. Because of the staff are polite, friendly, trustworthy and I feel safe in the hotel. Main points I look for a hotel is cleanliness, good comfortable beds and hot strong shower (you dont have to take time just to take shower, the water is strong). Their laundry is a little higher to the previous hostel i stayed, but tiptop cleanliness and smell really nice, you pay right price. Other hostel they wash your clothes inside the building so its not really dried and smell like ”wet stored clothes”. They have kettle, small fridge, cable tv with english movies (MBC 2 i think), the internet is good enough. They provide towels, soap and tissue paper. They will respect your privacy and make sure you have a pleasant stay. The presentable room and toilet is nice and clean. Same as picture on the their hotel photos 🙌 Ask questions they will help you as much as they can. They help me also with ordering food coz some drivers dont speak english. Maybe the ground floor to elavator doesn't look appealling but you are safe in the hotel and the level floor very clean. This is downtown Cairo, so noise from the road will be normal, but the hotel a quiet place to stay. Thank you Mr. Rouf, and to all the staff of Grand City Hotel 🙏.

Wenn Sie jemals das Privileg erhalten, in den vier Saisonen zu bleiben, tun Sie es! Sie NICHT ÜBERSTÜCKLICH! Ich habe nicht in mein Hotel angemeldet, weil ich den ganzen Tag in Luxus war und ich sie über ihre App zu sehen, um Zimmerservice dort zu sein, bevor ich es in. Sie haben mir das Essen bereits geliefert, da ich sagte, es sei okay, wüsste Zeit, dass ich zu spät wäre und annehmen, dass der Service irgendwann am Abend endet. Ich habe heute nur Mittagessen gehabt Ich habe in den letzten 48 Stunden nicht ins Bett gekommen, sie setzten ein neues Zimmer auf und lieferten mein Essen mit mir aus, um mich anzumelden! Sie sind erstaunlich, sie setzten auch meine Spa-Zeit für morgen Abend. Sie können auch Massage in Ihrem Zimmer anbieten, ihre Gästeservices sind top Notch. Es ist preiswert, aber sie kümmern sich absolut um Sie! Ich war auch bei dem in Maui, absolut nicht enttäuscht!

Dies war das beste Hotel während meiner Reise nach Gizeh/Kairo/Luxor. Obwohl es nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt war, da ich zu Besichtigungszwecken dort übernachtet habe, würde ich dieses Hotel gerne noch einmal besuchen, um mich zu entspannen. Der Blick auf den Nil war spektakulär und zeigte das Grün entlang des Flussufers und die Wüste dahinter, und genau so hatte ich mir den Nil vorgestellt. Das Innere des Hotels ist sauber und im ägyptischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, mit ägyptischen Gerichten wie Falafel und Hummus, sowie einer Essenstheke. Das Zimmer war mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und der Wasserdruck und die Temperatur der Dusche waren gut. Es gab auch eine Plastikflasche mit Wasser. In der Nähe des Frühstücksortes gab es einen Geldautomaten (man konnte nur ägyptische Pfund abheben)

What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

Great location. You can see the pyramids from the rooftop. Breathtaking sunset and sunrise views. Recommend if you like places with great views.

Es ist ein kürzlich errichtetes Hotel und wird im Aufenthalt bezahlt. Die Ansicht ist das Beste, und das Hotel selbst ist völlig nette. Es ist völlig neu. Es ist direkt neben dem Ticketbüro der Journalistenpyramide. Es scheint, dass viele Koreaner nicht wissen, aber man kann Bilder von drei Pyramiden und Sphinx gleichzeitig nehmen. Frühstück ist kein Buffet, sondern einfach auf der Terrasse essen. Das Zimmer ist teuer, aber die Aussicht auf das Zimmer ist geschlossen. Aber zu diesem Preis ist diese Genauigkeit und Sicht recht vernünftig.

Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich ideal, um die Pyramiden von Gizeh zu besichtigen! Du frühstückst direkt gegenüber den Pyramiden und hast Lust auf den ganzen Tag👍 Das Frühstück ist normal, kein Joghurt oder Müsli! Nach oben. Es gibt auch ein kleines Schwimmbad. Fünf Sonnenliegen. Auch mit Blick auf die Pyramiden! Das Hotel wird derzeit renoviert! Auf zwei Etagen, daher klopft es ab 8 Uhr. Ich hoffe, es endet bald. Das war etwas störend für diejenigen, die gerne schlafen...🤷♀️, Frühstück bis 11! Es ist toll! Nur am ersten Tag gab es Wasser im Zimmer. Dann kaufen Sie im Restaurant ein. Es gibt keine Bar! Es gab keinen Fön im Zimmer, ich habe am nächsten Tag kaum an der Rezeption danach gefragt... ☹️ Ein Taxi zu rufen ist in Dollar teuer. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi zum Hotel dauert frühestens eine halbe Stunde oder sogar eine Stunde, da es in Kairo Staus gibt....!!!...etwas!!! Etwas bedeutet wirklich etwas!!! Chaos, Hupen, Autos, Menschen! Das Taxi kommt bestimmt nicht schnell! Passen Sie die richtige Zeit an! Ausflüge können an der Rezeption erworben werden; wir haben diese nicht dort gebucht.

Jag va trött när jag kom fram till hotellet, men herre min gud underlätta min resa genom att hjälpa mig hitta den perfekta platsen att stanna i, hotellet var jätte bedårande dofta som en färdig rosmarin.

Ich empfehle es jeden, die zimmern sind groß und bequem und der Garten view ist sehr schön Das essen ist sehr gut und die Preise sind auch in Ordnung Der Service da ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit jeder zeit Der pool ist sauber …. Empfehle es jeden der nach Cairo kommen will
