Ein schlossähnliches Hotel, groß und majestätisch und mit europäischem Flair dekoriert. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Supermarkt, ein Open-Air-Restaurant und einen Park, der jeden Morgen sauber ist. Es fühlt sich völlig anders an als in der Stadt Man kann sagen, dass es sich um ein Resort handelt.
Der Flug am ersten Tag kam relativ früh um 9 Uhr im Hotel an, also noch vor der Check-in-Zeit um 14:00 Uhr. Der begeisterte Lobbymanager rief den Mitarbeiter an, der den Shuttlebus fuhr und uns abholte Auf der Bergstraße des Hotels waren wir viel unterwegs, um die Innenlandschaft zu besichtigen, und der Service war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Später, auf Anordnung dieses tatkräftigen alten Herrn, checkten wir gegen 13:00 Uhr ein, was uns viel Wartezeit ersparte.
Das Frühstück im Hotel gibt es von 7 bis 11 Uhr. Schauen Sie sich die Bilder an und Sie können verschiedene Stile selbst gestalten. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, aber es ist eine Überraschung, einen kleinen Balkon zu haben. Es verfügt über zwei Stühle und einen runden Tisch. Es ist sehr bequem, Tee zu trinken und zu rauchen, und es eignet sich auch zum Entspannen.
Dieses Mal hatte ich aus beruflichen Gründen keine großen Erwartungen. Nach dem Einchecken war ich sehr zufrieden. Als der Kellner uns später zum Frühstück traf auf Chinesisch. Ägypten ist wirklich großartig. Ein Land, das man nicht mehr verlassen möchte, wenn man einmal angekommen ist.

Dies war das beste Hotel während meiner Reise nach Gizeh/Kairo/Luxor. Obwohl es nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt war, da ich zu Besichtigungszwecken dort übernachtet habe, würde ich dieses Hotel gerne noch einmal besuchen, um mich zu entspannen. Der Blick auf den Nil war spektakulär und zeigte das Grün entlang des Flussufers und die Wüste dahinter, und genau so hatte ich mir den Nil vorgestellt.
Das Innere des Hotels ist sauber und im ägyptischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, mit ägyptischen Gerichten wie Falafel und Hummus, sowie einer Essenstheke.
Das Zimmer war mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und der Wasserdruck und die Temperatur der Dusche waren gut.
Es gab auch eine Plastikflasche mit Wasser.
In der Nähe des Frühstücksortes gab es einen Geldautomaten (man konnte nur ägyptische Pfund abheben)

Wieder einmal erwies sich Sofitel mit seinen luxuriösen Annehmlichkeiten und dem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Nil als das beste Hotel in Kairo. Das Essen im Kebabgy ist köstlich (das beste Restaurant auf dem Gelände), also sollten Sie es sich nicht entgehen lassen, während Ihres Aufenthalts dorthin zu gehen.

Stayed 3 nights and the rooms were comfortable and the service was exceptional. I usually don't write reviews, but this property deserves it. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating to ensure their guests were comfortable. Omar A\Azem deserves extra recognition. He works in the main restaurant and he really went above and beyond to make sure we were well served every day. We left our cell phone at the table after a meal and he was so courteous to run after us as we were entering the elevator to return it. Thank you Omar for your exceptional service. The Sheraton Cairo is successful because of employees like you.

Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich ideal, um die Pyramiden von Gizeh zu besichtigen! Du frühstückst direkt gegenüber den Pyramiden und hast Lust auf den ganzen Tag👍
Das Frühstück ist normal, kein Joghurt oder Müsli! Nach oben. Es gibt auch ein kleines Schwimmbad. Fünf Sonnenliegen. Auch mit Blick auf die Pyramiden! Das Hotel wird derzeit renoviert! Auf zwei Etagen, daher klopft es ab 8 Uhr. Ich hoffe, es endet bald. Das war etwas störend für diejenigen, die gerne schlafen...🤷♀️, Frühstück bis 11! Es ist toll! Nur am ersten Tag gab es Wasser im Zimmer. Dann kaufen Sie im Restaurant ein. Es gibt keine Bar! Es gab keinen Fön im Zimmer, ich habe am nächsten Tag kaum an der Rezeption danach gefragt... ☹️
Ein Taxi zu rufen ist in Dollar teuer. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi zum Hotel dauert frühestens eine halbe Stunde oder sogar eine Stunde, da es in Kairo Staus gibt....!!!...etwas!!! Etwas bedeutet wirklich etwas!!! Chaos, Hupen, Autos, Menschen! Das Taxi kommt bestimmt nicht schnell! Passen Sie die richtige Zeit an! Ausflüge können an der Rezeption erworben werden; wir haben diese nicht dort gebucht.

Es ist ein kürzlich errichtetes Hotel und wird im Aufenthalt bezahlt. Die Ansicht ist das Beste, und das Hotel selbst ist völlig nette. Es ist völlig neu. Es ist direkt neben dem Ticketbüro der Journalistenpyramide. Es scheint, dass viele Koreaner nicht wissen, aber man kann Bilder von drei Pyramiden und Sphinx gleichzeitig nehmen. Frühstück ist kein Buffet, sondern einfach auf der Terrasse essen. Das Zimmer ist teuer, aber die Aussicht auf das Zimmer ist geschlossen. Aber zu diesem Preis ist diese Genauigkeit und Sicht recht vernünftig.

One of the highlights of my visit was the traditional Egyptian breakfast served each morning. The spread was a feast for the senses, with a variety of freshly prepared dishes that showcased the rich flavors of Egyptian cuisine. From fluffy falafel and creamy hummus to freshly baked bread and flavorful shakshuka, every bite was a delight. The breakfast not only provided a hearty start to the day but also offered a genuine taste of local culture. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the pyramids, and the staff were always ready to assist with any inquiries or arrangements. Their warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. After a day of exploring, returning to the comfort of my spotless room and indulging in the exquisite breakfast the next morning was the perfect way to experience the magic of Egypt.

WiFi ist auch sehr schnell. geeignet für Urlaubsgeschäfte. Im Hotel traf ich auch Ali Rabee, der Star der ersten Linie im Nahen Osten.

MMbali ThusiDas Hotel ist ein toller Ort, um wiederherzustellen und zu verlassen, bevor Sie aus dem Internationalen Flughafen Kairo fliegen. Es ist einfach zu erreichen von Terminal 3 über die Verbindungsbrücke. Das Personal ist besonders freundlich Aziz, der außergewöhnlich und hilfreich war. Wir haben einen Tagsausflug vor unserem Flug in den AMs gemacht. Das einzige Problem ist, einen Uber zu bestellen und es zu dem Hotellobby zu bringen. Ich weiß nicht, warum, aber mehrere Fahrer abgesagt, weil die Lage die Ankunftsterminal statt dem Hotel aufnimmt. Das Hotel hat Shuttles trotzdem nach der Stadt. Das Frühstück war auch gut und das Personal war erstaunlich. Friedliche Atmosphäre entfernt von den Flughafen-Lounges und Chaos am Flughafen.

GGuest UserDie Kleider im Zimmer sind sehr nass, schwach, es gibt einen Spuren von Menschen im Bett, ich und meine Tochter schliefen in einem anderen Bett, das Frühstück war sehr groß, die Einstellung des Kellners war sehr freundlich, die Hotelumgebung ist auch sehr gut, ich hoffe, die Bettausstattung zu verbessern.

GGuest UserEin sehr schönes, vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, welches seinen Charme erhalten hat. Unser Zimmer war groß und geräumig, der Blick auf den Nil war fantastisch und der Service im Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Besonders nett und aufmerksam waren die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück. Eine sehr gute, etwas beruhigte Gegend, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Direkt am Hotel befindet sich ein sehr gemütliches Café Haven, mit extrem leckeren Kaffeesorten.

PParadise29219317280My wife and I had a quick, 24-hour layover in Cairo and wanted to see the pyramids and sphinx and relax before a long trip home. The Four Seasons delivered in all possible ways. Concierge arranged to pick us up at the airport (flying in from Sharm El Sheikh) and then checked us in to our room, all before 9:30 am. We then had time to freshen up, enjoy a relaxed breakfast, and then meet our driver and tour guide for a trip to the sites. Our driver for the tour and also for the round trip to and from the airport was Mohsen Ahmed, and he was wonderful. Our tour guide, Ash Saad Saghloul, was also outstanding. Both gents took very good care of us, didn't rush at any point, and left any additional side trips (for shopping) completely up to us. Had us back to the hotel early in the afternoon so we could relax. We then had an early dinner at 8, which was as good as reviews have made it out to be (and, yes, we had dim sum and Chinese food overlooking the Nile as our farewell dinner to Egypt). Our room was very comfortable and the views of the Nile and the Pyramids from our balcony made it all feel very special. All said, it was a perfect 24 hours in Cairo and just what we wanted. Thanks to all at the Four Seasons for making that happen and making it so easy and comfortable.

Above all, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff's efforts to manage the City Hostel clean which is too old and out fashioned building.
* Location & Transportation
Without noise, it is the best location to stay. It is located at 2 2-minute walk distance from Attaba subway station that connects to the Ramsis Railway Station and the Egypt Museum, only 1~3 stops away, charging 6 EGP per way. Of course, you can go to both by walk in 20 minutes. It means you can also enjoy the Nile riverside which is close to the museum.
And it is a 2-minute walk distance from the Attaba market which is the biggest public market in Cairo and so many locals visit to buy their livelihoods stuff at a cheap price.
In addition, you can also walk to the Al Azhar Mosque and Khan El-Khalili traditional market in 30 minutes, and St. Marc Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in AL Azbakeya in 10 minutes
Two problems I experienced are firstly the noi⁹sy from 8 am to 3 am outside the building due to market area and cars' horns. It took 3 days for me to adapt it. Any room in the hostel cannot escape it without changing the windows to soundproof ones. If you are sensitive to sound, it is better to find other lodges in a residential area or modernized ones.
Secondly, its location on the Uber taxi map and other maps is not accurate, so drivers have some problems in finding the city hostel. I have to meet them in front of the KFC next to the Attaba subway station. The signboard of the hotel is too small to recognize it.
* Building and room conditions
Like many other buildings in Cairo, the hostel building is old and shabby. The interior design and facilities are also outdated. However, the staff manages it so clean, particularly a common toilet and shower room.
It is quite convenient a washstand in each room.
However, it is bad there is no electronic kettle to boil water in a room or a common space. I could not enjoy my tea or coffee time at any time. I have to ask for hot drink water every morning when receiving breakfast, and store it in my tumbler.
It will be better to provide a tea or coffee service area in the hostel.
* Cleanness & Safety
Cleanness and safety are very good. I have no issue with this.
* Services
There is no basic service that most guesthouses provide in general: toilet paper and drink water.
Wifi is too weak to use the internet.
Other services like laundry are satisfied.
* Others
During my stay, I couldn't enjoy having an exchange time with other travelers. I think it is because there is no reason to stay in a common space where only sofas and a table are. Largely guesthouse provides a commonplace where guests enjoy better the internet or drinks including tea or coffee and foods, which makes guests meet each other naturally and structurally.
In conclusion, if the hostel provides basic services like toilet paper and commonplace with drink water and electronic kettles, it will be much better.
And it is necessary to change its signboard so that is more recognizable.
Except issues I mentioned above, it is a very good budget lodge.

GGuest UserThis hostel has a good location and I would say that it is pretty walkable in the early morning and very late at night but the walking infrastructure is not the best in Cairo. Mid day the traffic makes it very tricky to walk around even though there are many good restaurants and attractions nearby.
Finding it is a little tricky but it is down an alley that doesn't allow cards and it is located on floor 2 of an older building. There is an elevator but all doors and gates need to be closed in order for it to work and we found guests at the hostel weren't good at closing after themselves. The staff are very kind and welcoming but we got a bit hung up on the payment. We booked on Trip with the ”Pay at the Hotel” option for 3100 Egyptian pounds for three nights in a private room but they were asking for 3600 when we were checking in. After a little back and forth they let us check in and gave us the keys so we could rest and wait for the manager's answer. The manager said no to our booked rate, we were told we booked on Expedia and we now had to pay 3900 Egyptian pounds. I'm at a loss of words for this discrepancy between Trip and the hostel but there weren't better deals in the area we wanted to stay and we very reluctantly paid.
The room was just a place to sleep with a box to the side where our shower and toilet were. The box had no ceiling or ventilation so there were smells throughout the room from the drains. The beds were comfy but were not completely clean when we arrived - there was hairs in the bed sheets. The room cleanliness overall could have been better. The area is quiet at night and we got a good night's rest to spend our days exploring Cairo.
The breakfast was ok but there wasn't much room to eat in the common areas during our stay so we asked for breakfast in our room during our stay. We had a simple breakfast with a fried egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, banana, tea/coffee and Arabic bread. It is enough to get you through until lunch and is served starting at 8 pm. There is a convenience store close by that offers fairly priced snacks and drinks which you might want to seek out because they do not provide water at this hostel.
We hope this property improves because it seems like it used to be really good and the location is good as well.

AAnonymer BenutzerIch kann den Aufenthalt im Cairo Paradise Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir machten eine recht spontane Reise, bei der wir nicht jeden Tag im Voraus geplant hatten. Wir buchten ein Hotel, das sich für uns gut anfühlte und eine gute Lage hatte, und beschlossen, vor Ort nach Empfehlungen zu fragen. Wir wurden von Ahmad äußerst herzlich empfangen und hatten ein großes und schönes Zimmer. Vom ersten Tag an erhielten wir viele Ratschläge, die auf unser Budget und unsere Interessen zugeschnitten waren: Amr gab uns seine Erfahrungen und bot uns an, unsere Tage so zu planen, dass wir unsere Zeit optimal nutzen: Wir haben nicht nur viele Orte besucht, wir haben sie auch besucht Führer und erledigte die Dinge in einer bestimmten Reihenfolge und zu jeder Stunde. Dies machte es zu einem sehr, sehr geschäftigen und unterhaltsamen Abenteuer! Abgesehen von der Reisehilfe waren alle im Hotel sehr großzügig, uns wurden Tee, Kaffee und ägyptisches Essen zum Probieren angeboten und wir bekamen eine Taxifahrt zum Flughafen und zurück. Sie sorgten immer dafür, dass wir in Sicherheit waren und beantworteten alle Fragen. Ich habe mich in Ägypten und Kairo so willkommen gefühlt und hoffe, dass ich zurückkomme und sie wieder sehe 😄

Ein Tipp: Wenn Sie auf iPhone-Karten den Namen des Hotels eingeben, kann es manchmal etwas durcheinander geraten. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich das Ziel auf der Sherif Pasha Street befindet, aber auch zwischen der 26th July Street und der Adly Street. Das Hotel liegt auch gegenüber einer Konditorei namens El Abd Patisserie.

OOK SalmonGutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel neben dem Flughafen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers wirkt weder alt noch schmutzig und vermittelt einen modernen und sauberen Eindruck. Da in der Dusche jedoch keine Trennwand vorhanden ist, kann es passieren, dass der gesamte Boden nass wird. Da es sich um ein Flughafenhotel handelt, hört man den Trubel draußen nicht wie in der Stadt, aber man kann trotzdem das Kommen und Gehen der Leute auf den Fluren auch spät in der Nacht hören. Insgesamt war es ein sehr zufriedenstellendes Hotel unter den Mittelpreishotels in Ägypten, was oft etwas enttäuschend sein kann.
