Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Es war nur eine Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt. Es war sehr praktisch, ein Auto im Voraus an der Rezeption zu buchen. Sehr gut geeignet für Freunde, die in Neu-Kairo leben möchten

Ich bin in mehrere Länder gereist und habe in vielen Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in einem armen Land wie Kairo übernachtet. Ich bin wirklich überrascht, dass es ein so hochwertiges und kostengünstiges Hotel gibt, das mich von all der Reisemüdigkeit befreit hat Einen halben Monat lang habe ich meine Kinder glücklich gemacht. Ich fühle mich wie eine Prinzessin, die verwöhnt wird.

Die Bettdecke im Zimmer war sehr feucht und klebrig und es gab Anzeichen dafür, dass jemand auf einem Bett schlief. Meine Tochter und ich schliefen mit Badetüchern auf dem anderen Bett. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und das Hotel Die Umgebung war sehr gut. Ich wünschte nur, die Bettwäsche könnte verbessert werden.

Die Hotelausstattung ist sehr gut, die Anlage ist groß und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Frühstück für Chinesen etwas uninteressant. Als ich mich darüber beschwerte, kam der Manager schnell zu mir und erklärte sich damit einverstanden das Feedback.

This hotel is beautiful and breathtaking! It has an amazing pool and restaurants. However it is far from city center, it’s about 30-40 minutes away by taxi. It is a great spot for a nice get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a couple days. The staff was super helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable!

總體不錯，適合度假，地點很偏遠周圍荒涼。瑞吉服務在線，點名表揚餐廳的服務員，感覺不到他在盯着我吃飯，但需要他的時候秒到。房間裝修普通，沒有澳門、珠海的瑞吉精緻，陽台和衞生間的衞生需要加強。來了一定要體驗他們的spa，很棒，室內泳池，室外人造沙灘沖浪，有專門玩的一棟樓，很適合度假住上幾晚。

因為出差需要入住這裏。要讚的，房間一貫瑞吉質素，早餐豐富，喜歡這裏游泳池。 要吐槽是地理位置，畢竟新首都太新了，附近最近的商場要30分鐘車程，因為太新連網約車也找不到，酒店也就兩家餐廳。

新開的酒店，房間設施酒店環境都可以，服務也熱情，酒店價格不便宜，周圍太荒涼沒人氣，酒店的早餐豐富，中晚餐埃及餐廳和意大利餐廳都吃不習慣
