Das Personal ist hilfreich und freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Bar/Club ist immer besetzt. Sie können alle an der gleichen Stelle essen, trinken und feiern.
Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern war etwas zu stark, und es gibt keinen Steuergerät, um sie zu ändern. Es ist ein zentralisiertes System.
Das Bett muss von Ihnen selbst gemacht werden, wenn Sie ankommen. Die Suche nach dem gemacht würde geschätzt. Ein Schrank und einzelne Licht im Bett wäre wirklich nützlich.
Das Gebäude ist sehr groß und verfügt über genügend Raum in den gemeinsamen Bereichen und Küche (die jederzeit besetzt ist).

Crystalbrook Bailey was my stopover hotel so I wasn't expecting anything flash etc however when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Such a change to a lot of the older Cairns hotels. I felt like I was in a hotel in Melbourne! Check in was a breeze and staff were lovely, I was in my room in no time at all. There is alot of stunning modern artworks all throughout the building, very cool to find as you make your way to your floor. The room was beautiful and sufficient for a one nights stay, I could have easily stayed for longer! The location is great, in the city and close to the esplanade. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is only 10 a 10-minute walk to the city centre and the fantastic pubs and cafes on the Esplanade. If you want to do it in 2 minutes get one of the the electric scooters outside the reception area. The safe are welcoming and very friendly, making my 3-week stay a pleasure. The only downside was their restaurant is not open every night, but not a problem when you are that close to everything the city has to offer.

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, der Service ist gut, der Pool ist gut, die Zimmergröße ist ok, aber das Schlimmste ist der Duschraum, man hört nach dem Duschen nicht auf, Wasser zu trinken, sei vorsichtig, wenn du reinkommst und Ausgehen, besonders für ältere Menschen, wenn es verbessert wird, wird es perfekt sein, essen gehen. Die Mahlzeiten sind schnell und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten.

Es gibt kein Frühstück, das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, bietet Platz für 4 Personen, ein großes Bett und zwei kleine Betten, das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Zimmer kann auch kochen und das Geschirr ist voll. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, es ist sehr praktisch, in der Nähe des Supermarkts und des Meeres zu sein. Die alte Dame ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das nächste Mal bleiben Sie in Cairns. Oh, vergiss zu sagen, die Katze ist so süß!

Nachdem der japanische Junge auf der Rezeption unsere wütenden Beschwerden hörte, half er uns das Zimmer anzupassen und in das Zimmer umgewandelt, das unsere Bestellungsfotos entspricht. Obwohl die Fläche des Zimmers nicht 39 Quadratmeter erreichte, wie Trip.com beschrieben wurde, es gab keine Windsurfmaschine, aber sehr ventiliert, die Luft ist sehr gut, die Landschaft ist auch sehr schön, Nicht vor allem über den Balkon, wir sind auch sehr gut im Rezept, als wir aus dem Geschäft gehen, das ist die sehr schlechte Einstellung der weiblichen Mitarbeiter.

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Heritage Cairns. A clean, spacious and well equipped room with a comfortable bed, air conditioning and a fridge. But what made this hotel even better was the fantastic receptionist. She went out of her way to help us, the lift was broken during our stay so she moved us to a ground floor room as we had a lot of luggage, she also assisted us with a taxi number and warned us that Ubers do sometimes cancel early in the morning - we had a an early morning flight the next day so needed a lift to the airport, our Uber did arrive as planned but it was reassuring to know we had a back up plan, thanks to this lady. It is little touches like this that really make a difference! We would definitely book again.

I saw ‘Cairns City’ in the title & booked, but don’t be fooled like I was as the motel is up in Cairns North, a good 15 minute walk from the Cairns CBD & Esplanade area. The view from my apartment was the Cairns State High football field on Sheridan Street. That said, the motel was decent for the price charged ($180 a night in peak season) and the Wi-fi was strong which was important as I was working remotely for a full day from my room. It’s by no means a modern motel but the room size was adequate & had everything I needed for a short 2 night stay. The room was well prepped, with a fresh tropical coconut fragrance as you walk in. There is a bit of noise from the Main Street outside and you can hear other guests next door from time to time but overall nothing too distracting. There were cafes & shops nearby within walking distance including a bakery 5 minutes up the road which does espresso coffee. But it is not a city motel & without a car it’s a hike to get to the Cairns esplanade/lagoon area where tourists normally go. On the first night I walked into town & saw the laser light show installed for the Cairns Festival near the Pier Bar & had a massage treatment at Foot & Body in Orchid Plaza.

Great food and friendly helpful staff. Although this building is quite old it has been reasonably well renovated and is very comfortable to stay at. I had to leave VERY early to catch a bus and was supplied with a box breakfast, most welcome at 5am. On my return from my trip to Karumba we found that my booking had been made incorrectly a week further ahead.on arrival at 7pm , very tired,I was very grateful that the duty manager was able to put me into a very nice room for the night, and I was able to have a delightful meal and catch up with the gorgeous Shoni who welcomed me back even though I looked and smelt like Robinson Caruso, would definitely go there again.

GGuest UserWe arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and we were able to check in straight away, the girl on reception was very friendly and explained where our room was as there are 2 towers . We were on the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved how they are helping with environmentally keys for your door which are just round bamboo disks and also having no plastic bottles in the fridges, just glass bottles. All tv programs were free so we’re able to watch new release movies and free wifi . We had booked a holiday package , so we also had free car parking and a $250 credit to use at any of their hotels . Would definitely stay here again .

Versuchen Sie, nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit nicht auszugehen, blieben 4 Tage und erlebten zwei sehr gefährliche Erfahrungen. Das erste Mal war ich im Supermarkt neben dem Hotel einkaufen. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit lief ein 2,1 m großer Mann auf mich zu und schrie wütend „fxxk u“. Das zweite Mal war es nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit, als ich am Eingang des Hotels aus dem Bus stieg, während der Fahrt rief mir ein Mann „Fxxk u“ zu. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber die Sicherheitskräfte in der Umgebung sind wirklich schlecht.

Es ist bequem, der Hotelbediener ist sehr freundlich und hat uns auch den Zimmeraufzug gegeben. Das Berglandschaftssuite, das Schlafzimmer und der Wohnzimmer können die Berglandschaft sehen, sehr schön, in das Zimmer eingehen, sehr komfortabel, die Landschaft faszinierend, Wenn Sie Keynes Freunde reservieren, können Sie dieses Haus wählen, der Preis ist auch praktisch, empfehlen

Die Cairns Esplanade Lagoon und der Hafen sind mit einem 30-minütigen Spaziergang zu erreichen, das Cairns Central Einkaufszentrum innerhalb von 15 Minuten.
Der Flughafen ist mit dem Taxi 7 Minuten (ca. 25 AUD) entfernt.
Ausstattung:
Es gibt einen Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage (sehr laut), Wasserkocher, Föhn, Schrank.
Das Bett ist sehr bequem, es gibt mehrere Kissen.
Das Frühstück war okay: Toast mit süßen Aufstrichen, Müsli mit Milch, Pancakes mit Sirup, Getränke (Kaffee, Saft...).
Service:
Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Rezeption ist nachts nicht besetzt.
Am Boden liegende Handtücher wurden vom Reinigungspersonal nicht ersetzt, sondern liegen gelassen.
Sauberkeit:
Die Verkehrsflächen alle sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles sauber. Wenn man aber genauer hinsieht, merkt man, dass in den Ecken nicht so genau geputzt wird. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer auch kleine Kakerlaken (wir haben mindestens 14 getötet), laut Rezeption sei dies aufgrund des tropischen Klimas normal und könne nicht verhindert werden.

GGuest UserWir haben den Aufenthalt im Mantra Esplanade wirklich genossen. Das einzige, was ich Sonnenliebhabern erwähnen würde, ist, dass der Hotelpool den ganzen Tag keine Sonne hat (wir waren im Juni 2021 dort), also gingen wir stattdessen in die Lagune auf der anderen Straßenseite.

It has 2 outdoor pools and spacious air-conditioned apartments. COMMENT In June 2023 We found our apartment 205 for 10 days to NOTt to be of 4star standard at all. PRO: The bedlinen and bathroom towels were very clean and of good quality. The air conditioning worked. The ceiling fans worked. The apartment was spacious. The fridge worked but bottom of door shelving missing. Inconvenient if you wanted to store water bottles etc. CONS: ” Each unit at the Edge has a flat-screen TV”., which was NOT working and had to be re-connected by guest. “Free Wi-Fi” NOT available in unit 205 – we were informed by office unless you wanted to stand outside of office area to connect. Apartment was dark, - lighting in all rooms inadequate and woefully dim and outdated. Lighting in laundry area was badly positioned – and here there were no instructions on how machine worked. *Vertical Blinds in poor state and need maintenance or replacement. *All doors (screen and glass sliding) need maintenance to run smoothly. *The furniture was inappropriate (apart from 2 leather sofas) and badly arranged. *The ambience was noisy. The decor throughout the apartment – wasn’t.!! Except 2 pictures hung almost at ceiling. – 1 small mirror in dark hallway., and a wall clock. (All 15 years or more in age) *No rugs or furnishings to soften the décor or the echo sounding throughout the apartment. *Coffee table in bad state. *Dining table satisfactory but serviced by 2 different types of chairs. *The bathroom needed maintenance/upgrade (and pictures I have taken show much damage to outer base of shower, mould along the wall.) *The kitchens come equipped with very basic essentials. A microwave and dishwasher., utensils for cooking on very old worn stove. “Some units have balconies with sea or mountain views”, others, like ours, at 205 had overgrown foliage with NO views. The Edge Apartments Cairns has an outdoor entertainment area with barbecue facilities and free on-site private parking. *The Rain forestation Nature Park is 11 miles from The Edge Apartments. Kuranda Scenic Railway and Skyrail Rainforest Cableway are only a 10-minute drive away.

BBowaterI stayed at Hotel Tropiq in mid-October 2023 and had a good stay. Positives - great location with nearby cafe, Indian restaurant, and British restaurant. Only a $20 taxi to the Pier/Marina or 20 minute walk into the city. The reception staff were super friendly/helpful. Pleasingly, the room perfectly suited my solo fishing trip too. Negatives - Hotel Tropiq was very basic/ghetto with a peculiar room layout. The beds were on rollers and hard to sleep on. Windows and sliding door were very dodgy. No insect screens on one window! It was certainly a budget style of accommodation. In future, I will stay somewhere nicer if my girlfriend joins me

BBrenda123Rooms were fine. Security could be better as anyone can drive or walk on to the property anytime.
They charge you $3 for a small bottle of water which they should give it to you for free, nothing wrong with the tap water. Restaurant out front was good also. Free wifi, works well.

GGastnutzerWe stayed here for 2 nights separately due to our first hotel having issues. They were extremely accommodating so we decided to book with them again. Great rooms, nice bathroom, and great air-conditioning and fan. Made for a good night's sleep

GGuest UserDieses Motel war erstaunlich.Es schmeckte nur von Zigarettenruch und eine Flasche Bleich.Aber das Zimmer war immer noch schmutzig.Die Tür nicht geschlossen richtig.Die Dusche hatte schmutzigen Schuhmarken in ihm das Kühlschrank nicht funktionierte und mein Essen wurde zerstört.Das Bett war wie ein Brick so unbequem und ich saß nur auf it.I ran um Hilfe mit dem Kühlschrank zu bekommen und sie waren überhaupt nicht hilfreich.Ich musste bewegen und mehr Geld auf einem Motel spenden.Und noch 2 Wochen später wird der Manager nicht zurück meine Telefonanrufe oder E-Mails werden nicht zurück mein Geld. empfiehlt, niemals in diesem Motel zu bleiben ist absolut unheilbar.Der Kühlschrank hatte darin geformt.
