Das Hotel liegt mitten in Cagliari nahe dem Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind größetechnisch toll & sauber. Das Wlan funktioniert meist gut. Steckdosen sind verfügbar auch am Bett. Das Bad ist ok aber schon klein. Die Dusche ist etwas beengend. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen TV ohne deutsche Programme, einen Schrank, einen Tisch, einen Stuhl, Ablage. leider keinen Safe, einen Föhn. Im Bad ist wenig Ablagefläche. Es gibt Seife und Schampoo/ Duschgel Das Bett ist angenehm. Heizungen und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer lässt sich durch Rollos komplett abdunkeln. Einen Aufzug gibt es. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ok, gibt Auswahl und gut. Es gibt Toast, Gelee, Käse, Salami, verschiedene Kuchen, Obst, Gemüse, baked Beans, Wasser, verschiedene Säfte, Croissants, Joghurt, Fruchtjoghurt.

Wir sind in die Stadt gereist, um ein schönes Wochenende zu verbringen, und wir haben uns für die Gelegenheit entschieden, das B&B von Laura, nachdem wir die Fotos gesehen haben, aber vor allem nachdem wir uns gesprochen haben (via whatsapp) erwiesen sich als eine echte Profis, sowie sehr verfügbar und freundlich in allem. Was sehr wichtig in einer Stadt ist, dass Sie den Parkplatz geschlossen und abgedeckt haben. Hier ist die Struktur bietet auch das. TOP Die Zimmer sind alle im achten Stock mit einer Blick auf die Stadt. Sehr warme Empfang. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Zimmer haben alles, was nützlich (und auch mehr) sein kann, um einen Aufenthalt zu verbringen. Büro und Kühlschrank, TV, großer Schrank, Aufzug Taschentücher, Telefon, Handtücher und Seife. Im neunten Stock befindet sich eine große Veranda, teilweise offen mit so viel grüne Umgebung, und die andere Seite mit Glasverschluss, wo Sie ein wunderbares ruhiges Frühstück machen können. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Produkte sind frisch, aber die Pasta, die Laura macht, sind noch mehr. Cappuccino und\o Kaffee, Orangensaft und Wasser ..... Es gibt also die Schande der Wahl. Die Struktur bietet unter vielen Dienstleistungen Ausflüge mit Elektrofahrrädern in der alten Gegend oder auf der Suche nach wunderschönen rosa Fenikoptere, sehr in der Gegend. Im Allgemeinen ist das Hotel in Ordnung, die Betten etwas douche, das Schlimmste ist, dass die Klimaanlage zentral ist und nicht ausgeschaltet werden kann, es war ziemlich stark und traf uns direkt auf dem Bett, sie müssten die Möglichkeit haben, die Tür des zu schließen / c. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich.

Ausgezeichnete einzigartige Struktur 5 Sternen von Cagliari. Neues Hotel mit großen und gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Sehr gutes Bett und Reinigung. Das Hotel ist sicherlich das beste der Stadt und verfügt über ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Auf dem Platz gibt es auch eine tolle Pizzeria. Füllen Sie das Frühstück und den Service in der ganzen guten und teilweise von sehr jungen Jungen mit so viel Wunsch zu tun. Sicherlich, wenn ich zurück nach Cagliari würde ich die Erfahrung wiederholen. Sehr gut Qualität Preis-Leistung.

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.

15 Gehminuten vom Strand Poetto entfernt, rund um das Hotel Restaurants, Pizzerien, Konditoreien, Supermärkte, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, das Zimmer habe ich 2 Wochen verbracht und es ist in Ordnung, beim Frühstück fehlt wirklich nichts, nettes Personal, immer bereit zu helfen, Parkplatz kostenloser in Innenbereich, insgesamt ist das Hotel für die denjenigen die den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind optimal. Daher ohne nachzudenken zu empfehlen.
