Clean/friendly & safe overall service- they do not provide full bathroom amenities such as hair shampoo/conditioner nor face towels. I was in with a group tour so there were about 35-40 people. They provided dinner which was served hot and table was decorated very lovely- the food was fine-basic average dinner. The bar and the bar maid were exceptionally helpful. She offered & introduced me to a local spirit cocktail & was pleasant to take my order! Breakfast was very minimal- as the table that I went to sit at had no coffee mugs or silverware- and none were at buffet table. The breakfast served its purpose and was ok. This hotel is so conveniently located to lovely eateries/shopping and entertainment- overall I would be very happy staying there again. The front desk service was also very helpful & offered any assistance possible.

Dieses Hotel war genau das, was wir wollten! Es war einladend, freundlich, effizient und sauber. Die Zimmer waren groß genug und sauber und neu eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war großartig – viel Abwechslung und Auswahl, alles von hoher Qualität. Wir haben drei Abende lang im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Es war frisch zubereitet, lecker und preiswert. Stefan hat uns bedient und uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr kompetent. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Einfach vom Hafen aus. Die Straßenbahn ist ganz in der Nähe, um nach Caen zu gelangen, Sie müssen also nicht fahren. In der Nähe der Straßen, um die D-Day-Strände und andere historische Stätten zu besuchen. Wir hatten keine Beschwerden und würden wiederkommen

We arrived late (2330) and were greeted with a smile, which was so satisfying that we had booked a caring establishment. This was indeed true. Every member of staff met our, and we are sure would meet yours too if you book this hotel. Location is good, central for buses, shops (Especially for ladies), restaurants (some do not open on Sunday or Mondays) a supermarket, car parking. Nothing was any trouble. If you go to Caen stay here.

Guten Tag, Reservierung 1 Monat vor einem Zimmer für mein Sohn und mich. bei unserem Ankunft keine Zimmer dieser Art verfügbar also Verpflichtung, ein anderes Zimmer 170 Euro in 2 Tagen zu zahlen! Es ist völlig untragbar! Das ist ein offenkundiger Flug. La première nuit l’hôtel accueillait un groupe scolaire, obligé de demander le calme en appellant la réception à 22H les enfants criaient et couraient dans les couloirs. 5,50 Euro zum Frühstück, Sie finden nur frugalität, keine Wahl und eine geringe Auswahl. Das Personal ist jedoch sehr nett, aber die Erfahrung ist nicht akzeptabel. am Ende des Aufenthalts wird Ihnen ein Beleg angeboten, mit der Hälfte der bereits geregelten Rechnung zu lösen, wenn Sie ... Eine Menge mit meinem Unternehmen reisen ist die größte Erfahrung unbehaglich in einem Hotel, das ich leben konnte.

My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

Roadtrip ist der erste Sonnenuntergang in diesem kleinen Geschäft. Die Zimmer sind kompakt, aber ruhig und komfortabel, und der Platz für Damenbinden ist groß genug. Der Parkplatz im Erdgeschoss ist sehr gut geparkt. Ich wurde bewegt, um das Auto zu parken, ohne eine Weile zu verschwenden. Average hotel, clean and tidy but some strange decor in public areas and especially corridors. Room was good with very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were ONE coffee, ONE teabag and ONE sugar. Bizarre. I had B&B but as I was part of a coach the hotel were asked in advance on both nights if we could have some food, on the first night just something quick like steak & chips, as some of us (me) had travelled 22 hours. 1st night (Fri) 9pm. Supervisor SUGGESTED steak and chips and we all agreed. Waitress and supervisor took orders from approx 20 people and then served 14. The rest of us were told that the kitchen ”should have closed much earlier” so there was no food (See Fawlty towers ”Waldorf Salad”) I was offered some free salted peanuts, which I took.... 2nd night (Sun, we had spent Sat at Le Mans 24h race). Arrived at 7.30pm and were told we had time to freshen up, so back down at 8pm to be told ”sorry, no food tonight”. (See Fawlty Towers ”Gourmet Night”. All was ”off”. Found a steakhouse called La Boucherie close by which was great. They got a good tip. As a place to crash it was great, but don't expect anything more than continental breakfast, which by the way was also great. Confused?
