The unit is just steps away from the pool, palapa restaurant, and swim up bar where you can have a great breakfast, lunch or cocktail with wonderful service. The unit is spacious and well supplied. The unit is completely remodeled. Remote controlled air-conditioning units and TVs with Roku streaming service are in every room. You can access Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services with your accounts. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances. Step out of the master bedroom and living areas to the private patio with a unique fire pit and unbeatable ocean views. The unit has two king size beds, a queen size air mattress. The unit is 1463 square feet (1963 square feet including the patio). This unit is located in the exclusive, gated Terrasol community. Terrasol is easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the marina. Terrasol charges $5 per day for parking. There is an outdoor security camera by the front door and another one on the back patio. They help us monitor the condo inbetween guests.
