Beaches of Broome

Nous avons eu la chambre en avance et un dortoir de 4 au lieu d'un dortoir de 6. Malheureusement le sol n'était pas nettoyé. Il restait les déchets au sol des anciens voyageurs... dommage parce que le reste est assez propre et agréable.

Excellent ensuite accomodation. Close to Cable Beach walking. Bus stop almost at the door to get to shopping centre or China Town. Brewery and cafes/restaurants close by. Very quiet, helpful staff. Good communal kitchen and tea and coffee facilities in room. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 12 nights in a dormitory room. Very good hotel and staff very helpful. Had a few drinks in the morning and at night in the hotel bar/restaurant. Handy for most of the restaurants and bars in Cable Beach. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Broome.

Fantastic Place, Amazing staff, Brilliant Swimming Pool, exceptionally clean, really good Showers and just a Short walk from one of the Best Beaches I have ever seen!! Great Advice from all the staff on placed to go in all of Western Australia. They even have scooters and bikes for hire and the local inexpensive Broome Explorer Tourist bus stops just 2 minutes walk away Absolutely 💯 Recommended !!

Adequate and clean accomodation for all that I needed. I had a room to myself, with own ensuite. Basic breakfast provided (cereal) from large communal kitchen. All necessary requirements supplied to prepare own meals in communal kitchen. Local bus transport close by for getting around Broome and about 15min walk to Cable Beach and restaurants close by. Helpful and friendly staff.

I’ll start with the good: walkable to to Cable Beach and the beachside restaurants, good parking, clean bathrooms and dorms, nice staff, never had to wait for a shower, affordable compared to the rest of Broome Now the odd: I expected this to be a place for backpackers/tourists, and while that was certainly part of the clientele, this place mostly felt like housing for seasonal workers who come to Broome to work for the busy tourist season. It was more like an apartment complex than a vacation spot. This isn’t bad, per se, it just wasn’t what I expected. The vibe was much more “workaday” than “beach vacation.” It was also an entirely open set-up, as in all the rooms open onto open walkways, the courtyard is open to the parking lot, etc. Which meant there were a lot of people hanging out/sleeping in open areas at all times in a way that made me wonder if they were guests, or people who just wandered in for a shower and some free WiFi. I never had a bad experience or a problem, it just wasn’t the vibe I expected.
